Like most parents, I bet you want what all parents want, children who behave. We also want our…read morechildren to protect themselves and stand up for what's right. When joining victory, I really didn't expect much. I thought that maybe my daughter would learn how to karate chop. Or, that she would have a pretty cool extra curricular activity. To date, what we both got out of it was invaluable. Know that the entire Stone Oak staff works seamlessly. The continuity of their message and cohesive values reflect integrity, character, and strength. Even though it's not been 12 months since joining, I look forward to many more years of working with Mr. Price, Mr. Hejduk and the lovely Ms. Hejduk. You are all appreciated!

This wasn't during any activity involving risk--once was while standing at attention and another time during photos. He was not pulled aside and spoken to, or had the rules explained to him in advance. Both times the instructor spoke to him in front of the entire group. The second time, during the photos, the instructor yelled my son's name and "STOP!" He was making a face, not hitting someone. The tone was out of place for what was supposed to be a fun event and left him embarrassed. It seems their party format is run more like a structured class. That may work for some families, but it's not what we expected from a birthday celebration. After leaving feedback, I was contacted and it was made clear this is their standard approach and won't change. Parents should be aware of that going in.
