Staff is very helpful. A little smaller than what I expected and a bit on the pricey said. But overall, so far positive experience.

Anyway, the workout area is very spacious and there were plenty of machines available when we went.

The reason that it is packed is because it's the best gym in the area. The most I've ever had to wait for a machine is maybe 10 minutes. I will pay those 10 minutes to be able to go to this facility. The front desk personnel are fantastic. When they welcome you in, it isn't like some gyms where the comment is an afterthought, they really hope you have a good workout. Even though it is a new gym, they do a good job of keeping everything in good shape. The trainers are the best! They have a good variety of personalities so you should be able to find someone who can help you reach your goals. I've worked out with three and seen other trainers working with clients. I haven't taken any classes yet, but friends have said that the classes are really enjoyable. I have done a HIIT workout challenge, which was really needed to help me get out of a rut. Highly recommend!

I love the different rooms/sections, it feels super easy to navigate. However, the parking situation is pretty bad. If the Crunch-o-meter says "moderate", you'll have to circle the lot a couple times to find a place to park. There have been multiple occasions in which I've had to give up on going to the gym for a few hours/the day because there was nowhere to park. They also play the music insanely loud for some reason. I'll have my headphones (which are pretty good quality and can drown out people speaking before getting to "damaging to hearing" levels) on full blast, and I'll still be able to clearly hear the radio over my own music.

I loved going to the classes so much, I decided to continue going and I still go as of March 2017. Chad is my favorite trainer I have ever worked with. He adjusts the workouts to fit your personalized needs/goals which is something I was looking for in the beginning. I tried Crossfit, but I really couldn't lift what they were telling me to. When I worked with chad he started me on things I could actually do and we slowly worked our way up - this is all while the group is working at the same time on the same thing; it's all based on your personal max-outs. Chad is also the type of trainer who gives you your space. He isn't on top of you of why you're not at a class but at the same time, knows when you're just being lazy! He is also very understanding and flexible. The 5:30 am class is a little too early for me, but the 6:30 am class is too late so he suggested I come at 6 am and I work between the classes. It's great and really fits my needs! If you're looking to get started in fitness or looking for someone to help you continue your journey you have found the right place!

I never knew I had any athletic bone in my body (my parents pushed academics in high school) until my early 20's when I started going to the gym. I became the biggest gym rat spending 2-3 hours a day doing weights and various group exercise classes. I've participated in all the trending hits throughout the years (TKD, Tae-bo, kickboxing, step aerobics, regular aerobics, running, spinning/cycling, ashtanga yoga, Zumba, Orange Theory, HOTWORX, functional fit, HIIT, CrossFit and all the variety of Les Mills programming) and after having done ALL of that, I have found Pilates to be truly my thing right now. My body has been through a lot. Pilates gives me the chance to still get an amazing, challenging workout at a different level. Anyone who says Pilates is too easy, means they really have not embraced a true Pilates workout. I say this because even the lower level classes can still be challenging...it all depends on the person...how slow you take the movement, hold the pose and breathe. Classes go from level 1 to 2.5 with a variety of disciplines like reformer flow, suspend (TRX use), control, cardio sculpt or center & balance. You learn how to really engage the muscles very differently and I always appreciate the corrections from the instructors. I strive to have correct form and posture to make the most of every workout. So many of my other activities have improved because of my incorporated Pilates practice....walking, stepping, weights, spinning...and best of all, skiing! I even got my girl tribe introduced into Pilates and now they love it as well! I literally go through Pilates withdrawals and even vacation with the girl tribe fitting in a destination Pilates (CP preferred, wink-wink) class if possible. I love my practice of Pilates. I love how strong my body has changed and how I can execute strength & flexibility moves that I used to admire in others that I can also now do. I love the compliments I get, "like your pike looks great" or "you got it"! I love my teachers and my studios. I totally recommend anyone to try and incorporate Pilates into their fitness routine. Mobility is everything.

The workouts and the people are absolutely amazing :D ! I really feel like Ron (the manager) and the exceptional coaches here really want to push you to do your best :D ! They really embrace current members and new members :) ! And I really the Orangetheory family environment :D ! I have attended classes by Terrelle, Alyssa and Vicky :) ! I haven't attended classes by Jerry or Kristian. I have to admit that I can never get up early enough for Jerry's early bird morning classes! Haha :D ! But I got to meet him at Orangetheory's Happy Hour social at Chicken N Pickle :D ! I have taken Coach Vicky's classes the most because her classes fit the best with my work schedule :) ! She may be tiny. But she really is like a Tide Pod bursting with tons of energy :D ! She is really amazing and awesome with correcting my form during all of the exercises, and making sure I don't get injured :) ! If she senses that, for instance, certain dumbbells are too heavy, she will advise me to use lighter ones :) ! Overall, it's incredible how, for both the 2G and 3G classes, all of the coaches pay very close attention to all of their participants during their respective classes :) ! The 3G classes are generally larger, with a max of about 36 participants. The 2G classes are smaller, with a max of 24 participants. It's usually best to prebook your classes, whether you are taking a 2G or a 3G, just to make sure you secure a spot ;) ! Otherwise, you might get waitlisted! Some of these classes get really full really fast! I highly recommend this Orangetheory location, whether you want to get into a routine for exercise, or whether you are aiming to achieve certain goals :) ! The Orangetheory staff and family here will make your time completely worthwhile here, and you will meet a lot of amazing people :D !
