Agent insisted and threatened to take our furniture back to Boise if we didn't pay. I again refused, saying they were negligent - that they should have known this was the case before THE DAY OF THE DELIVERY! Again, she REFUSED. I said I would split the difference, thinking that is more than fair. Again, refused. I should have threatened a lawsuit instead, but it was the entire contents of our house and I had to go to work the next day. Talk about stress. I couldn't believe it. They stole $800 from us as far as I'm concerned. I have contacted the BBB about this company due to that experience. I also contacted my credit card company to get the money back.
