Attorney Ramadan in the most simple of words is ONE IN A MILLION!!! I am so lucky and blessed by tto have been given Attorney Ramadan... I never in a million years would have thought that I would have needed a lawyer, and in a million more years I never would have thought that I would have found a lawyer who is both a TERRIFIC lawyer and a GENUINELY GOOD GUY, but I did, and he is just that. If you're reading this, I can assure you... HE IS YOUR GUY! Here is my story: Mid Covid, I made the stupid decision to drive intoxicated. The long and short of it is that I totalled my car in the process but was gifted a new life of sobriety! I did break the law though, so of course that was the only concern of the court. My parents, friends, and I inquired by contacting SO MANY lawyers. The only two who replied in a decent amount of time was Attorney Ramadan and one other. However, Attorney Ramadan was the MOST responseful. It seemed as if he replied every chance that he got. Of course this is business related but it also showed his eagerness to help us. Naturally, this made us inclined to choose him as a lawyer despite him not having as much prestige, at least not on social media, as the other lawyer (even though Attorney Ramadan deserves all the praise and respect as a lawyer with 50+ years of practice already). Fast forward - while I am going through the most traumatizing experience of my life (having to deal with the potential repercussions of my one time mistake to my otherwise perfect looking future, becoming sober after almost a decade of addiction, and being financially strapped as a result of totalling my car, court dues, and lawyer fees), this man (who we had NEVER MET until the last court date SEVEN MONTHS after my DUI) had continued to work so hard for us... He charged us less as a result of the pandemic, so we were worried he would not try as hard to help us or that he would prioritize better paying clients over us... We had read many horror stories of lawyers taking advantage of people by doing many horrible things including lying, deceiving, taking money but not helping the client, and many more. I am definitely a neurotic person, so hearing these things made me petrified. I would occasionally reach out to Attorney Ramadan with my many worries but time and time again, he would respond as soon as he got the chance and he would ease the worries of myself and my family. In a way, no words can describe how genuinely kind that this man is. Not only is he a lawyer, but he represents someone who treated us as if we were his good friends. Business can only take someone so far, but he really won us over with his professionally polite demeanor. As time passes by, Covid closes the courts so my date got pushed back 6 months instead of 3. This did not stop Attorney Ramadan from doing his best to help us, however. In that time, he went to the DMV court to fight for my license back (and he got it!!!). He managed to speak with and work with the prosecutor and DEA in order to create a picture of the new person I have become in an attempt to lessen my consequences of my DUI. I had begun a new job, so I was unable to attend my first two court dates, but that was completely fine because he took care of that for us! And finally, he came to an agreement with the judge regarding my case and in all of that time, I didn't even have to come with him any of these times until the day I came to accept the terms with the judge. I was originally charged with: Drug DUI Possession of Cocaine Possession of Meth Both of those drugs are classified as Schedule II drugs in California which in other words means that they are EXTREMELY illegal with serious consequences. However, thank GOD for Attorney Ramadan because I walked out with: Wet Reckless THAT'S IT! Of course every case is different and he cannot guarantee anyone anything. That's life though, right? But, one thing that I can definitely tell you is that Attorney Ramadan told me exactly what I needed to do to be successful with this case. He was very thorough in explaining what we needed to do, and he definitely knew what to do on his end. Because of everything that he did at the DMV, I was luckily able to keep my license! And thanks to everything he did with the court, even though he had never met me until the last day of business with him, I thankfully I DO NOT HAVE TO GO TO JAIL and my life isn't over!!! I still have a way of transportation to work, I have my freedom, and I can now see my future. All of that would not have been possible without Attorney Ramadan, so for that, I am eternally grateful to him.
