Garbage. I'm a Legal Shield reinstated Member, paying a fee and on my first call got treated with condescension by a Kris. Interrupted, kept getting cut up as I was getting to the point. They wasted my time. I submitted docs for review. Being reinstated rules changed, didn't realize I had exceeded my pages. I made a short PDF to upload, but their system didn't allow for me to delete original. Got a 2nd call and he didn't even look at the original doc and highlight area of my contract. He clearly didn't read what my concerns and issues were for legal advice in the summarizing area where a Member gives context and explains as if he couldn't piece that part with my contract. I had submitted 1pg of 3 of another doc for their review. Nothing answered, just docs and member info that sat there without being read for over a week. He said he didn't see the other docs I was talking about after I had check 2 days ago they were showing on my end. Didn't offer a solution, encouragement to better serve me as I am paying for services. I am not getting FREE services. From the 1st call, I felt discriminated because clearly I have a Spanish Surname to have such a bias of a so called profesional speak down to me that way without knowing me as I'm barely 1-2 minutes in to explaining. Racism is loud here. I had Parker and Stanbury through Legal Shield years back in Southern CA. Absolutely NEVER had this kind of treatment towards me as a member just trying to get legal advise for a grey area I'm in stuck from an original company to ending my lease with a take over company when I'm trying to finish and pay remaining amounts in good faith with a proven on time payment ledger. read more

This was the worst attorney I have ever had. He was consistently late to my court appearances, and I often felt like he didn't even know who I was on the day of court. I spent thousands of dollars, yet my case never moved forward. It felt like everything required more money, and there was little to no progress. If you didn't pay exactly what he was asking, he wouldn't show up himself and would send someone else to substitute on your case. He repeatedly requested extensions and charged me each time for filing them, which only delayed things further. Overall, this was a complete waste of time and money. A horrible experience. I would strongly recommend staying away from this firm. Stay away from this place all they're gonna do is take your money and promise you the stars but nothing's gonna happen. They're still charging me for something that they did not do. I'm waiting on the stipulations for my child custody. read more

Apparently, you need to call the morning of to remind his office who will then remind Attorney Clueless of hearing that day. This review solely on my consultation because I have not hired this firm yet. I called and asked for an emergency consult and willing to take any appointment the lady said she can probably squeeze me in between 2 appointments. Without getting into details of my case, mine is quite difficult and I had over 10+consults, hired and fired 4 attorneys been going on for almost 4years!! What I liked about this James is that he didn't oversell himself or make false hopes. He wanted to see my case throughly and wanted to discuss with my current attorney before taking it. He did not rush my appointment, even though he had his next appointment waiting, he just wanted to get the facts straight. I felt like he truly cares for me/my situation/somewhat empathize not like some pompous attorneys asking for astronomical retainer before they actually have a grasp of the situation to see if they're capable to mitigate the situation.
