Pesto chicken, apple walnut salad, and charcuterie board
    Annalise I.

I did Karina's one hour virtual cooking class...It was so much fun and also so easy and informative! She is a great instructor and makes cooking healthy and delicious meals more approachable! Within an hour I had a meal for 4 including baked pesto chicken, apple walnut salad, and a beautiful charcuterie board. Looking forward to her next class! Such a fun way to learn a new recipe and spend some family time in the kitchen together. Thank you Karina!!

It was our first time and they made us feel extremely welcomed and invited. That's a HUGE green flag in my book. You want to be around people excited about their job and what they do. When I went to pick up my friend's kid, he was very excited for what he cooked. I got to try some of the pizza he made and honestly, the crust was better than a lot of the pizza joints out there and the crust I've made before. He's in the older class (pre teens and teens) and seemed to enjoy cooking with them. Afterwards, the front desk told us about the different classes and programs. We got the recipe for this week and past weeks so we can try them at home as some of the items caught my eye. He loved the class and will be going back. If your kid has an eye on cooking and wants to learn, I'd definitely sign them up here. It's always good to have some hands on help to ask questions and learn. Wish they had more classes and we missed out on sign ups for the summer. It's $40 a class or 4 weeks is $145 I believe. 90 minute classes. Since they already have the ingredients and everything, it's worth the price.

It was very obvious that Chef Alex had conducted multiple corporate team building events as well as being a skilled/seasoned chef. We had 22 people for our team building event and there was plenty of space for us to each have our own cooking stations (teams of two) and there was ample seating for all of us to enjoy the fruits of our labors after the cooking was completed. We prepared thai food for our event and, WOW, was it amazing. I mean (literally), this was the best thai food that I'd ever had and this is coming from someone who's wife says "you eat way too much thai food!" The very tasty food is a testament to how well run this place is because we are just a bunch of accountants but we also apparently have an inner self that knows how to cook thai food. Overall, this place is clean, fun, there is ample parking and I would highly recommend. If this place wasn't so far from me, I'd definitely go back on a date night with my wife.

Chef Alex was absolutely amazing. He was incredibly accommodating, especially with our very last-minute booking request (less than a week's notice). Throughout the entire event, he was patient, kind, and engaging with the boys. He took the time to guide them at each cooking station, clearly explaining what to do and then letting them take over and experience it hands-on. He created a really fun, relaxed environment where the kids felt confident and involved. We all trusted the process, and the food turned out fantastic--but even more than that, the boys had a blast doing it. It was the perfect mix of learning, teamwork, and fun. I would highly recommend this experience for any team-building event, youth sports team, or even private parties like birthdays. It's interactive, memorable, and really well-run. Thank you again, Chef Alex, for an amazing afternoon! -- San Marino Little League All-Star Team

Yeah, that's good! I've been known to say, "I must get to Sushma's again soon!" ::::::::rubbing hands together, attempting not to salivate::::::: Perfectly accurate, by the way. I'm UNDER exaggerating her yum-i-tude. I've been dreaming of her paella since 1999. Really. Sushma is lively, invigorating, and exceptionally knowledgeable about her cooking. Her cuisines are varied and each one is as excellent as the first. Or last? Either way - kick-ass-excellent. A small dinner party? Call Sushma! A large party? Call her then too! Intimate, romantic dinner? Again, call Sushma. And for heaven's sake, take her cooking classes! She is offering workshops via Claremont Parks and Recreation, but as you will see by her website, she also does smaller classes, which is what I have done! The class I took, which was a class on Indian foods, was catered to the wants and tastes of her clients at the time. She made a full blown, delicious meal, all Indian, while 6 individuals watched, sipping on homemade Chai, enjoying each other's company and the atmosphere. Learning, exchanging comments and just inhaling the scents that just...intoxicated us, we had a great time! Seriously, how can one not be intoxicated by Indian scents? She also included a pamphlet that had the necessary items that one must have to start an Indian pantry, her recipes, instructions and even directions and a possible discount from a local Indian grocery! Badda BING! Sushma provided a fun and festive atmosphere that would be excellent for a birthday celebration, a shower event...really any kind of celebratory event in which people want to experience what truly equals a Food Network show - right in front of you - and with "smell-o-vision" to boot :) I gotta find out when a Trinidadian class can be held...yummm....
