After finally seeing the doctor, he was told that the work should be done in a hospital, and that my son should see a Sage doctor in Kennesaw. We went there this week, and we're advised that the doctor would NOT work on my son, and he should see someone ( that we will have to find) in Emory to do the work. All in all, I found Sage administrative to not be helpful, caused us numerous trips, money and time and ultimately will be of no assistance.

During the time of cleaning we requested our dental X-ray pictures given to us so we can send it to our dentist who placed our dental bridges. At that time we were told we to pay or wait till insurance pays for the services to get X-ray pictures. We said we will wait for insurance to pay and then get X-ray pictures. After months and after insurance payment I called and talked to the office. I was told to pay $ 50 each to get X-ray pictures. I said I will not pay but complain to my insurance company.
