I purchased a vehicle that had previously been used as a courtesy vehicle. During the buying process, the salesperson was courteous, but there was very little willingness to negotiate on the price, which was disappointing considering the vehicle's prior use. Almost immediately after taking the car home, I noticed condensation in both of the tail lights. The dealership did replace the tail lights, but unfortunately, that repair created even more damage. The technician damaged the vehicle during the replacement, requiring me to bring the car back for bodywork. When I picked the car up after the repairs, it had a strong odor inside that wasn't there before. It also hadn't been properly detailed. there were still markings left on the vehicle from the repair process. Wouldn't you think after all the inconveniences, they would at the very least DETAIL THE CAR? To make matters worse, the trunk was no longer aligned correctly and now makes a noticeable noise every time it is opened or closed. While I appreciate that the dealership attempted to address some of the issues, it was frustrating to have one repair lead to problem after problem. Buying a vehicle should be an exciting experience, not one that requires multiple return visits to fix new issues caused during previous repairs! Because of my experience, I will not purchase another vehicle from this dealership, nor would I recommend it to friends or family. I encourage anyone considering buying here to inspect their vehicle thoroughly before taking delivery and to carefully check the quality of any repairs before leaving. I hope sharing my experience helps others make a well-informed decision.

Karl Klements welcomed the work, completed it promptly and did as they said they would do. I will use them again and highly recommend their service department.

When I arrived, I saw my expedition parked outside, with the window down. They had left the vehicle out in the rain with the window down. I asked them why that had happened and they had no response, nor any offer to clean or dry the vehicle. One week later, the camera quit working. I went back to the dealership to schedule a repair appointment. Chuck told me they had not replaced the camera, as those cameras are on back order. I returned with the receipt showing the camera replacement and then he set an appointment to have it replaced. No apology. A few days after dropping the car off I got a phone call from Chuck saying that the wiring was screwed up and had another wire spliced in and they didn't know what it was connected to and that's why the camera was failing. I told him that the original receipt showed the wiring had been inspected, so for all I knew they did it or it came that way from Ford, since I had not spliced any wires in. He kept insinuating there was nothing he could do for me, so I called Ford corporate. A few days later I had still not heard anything. I called to find out what was going on and he said they had installed the new camera, but they needed more time to verify it was working. I asked about the wiring and he said it turns out it came that way from Ford. No apology. I went to pick up the car and this time there were cup or can rings on the hood as well as splash marks down the passenger side from muddy water. It's been roughly one month now and the interior trim along the top of the rear gate started falling down. When I inspected it, someone had broken the tab off and tried to hide it by using silicone to stick the tab back together, which in the hot sun obviously hasn't worked out. So, they lied, accused me of lying, made my car smell like mildew, made a mess of the exterior and broke the trim. This is the most terrible experience I have ever had at a Ford dealer.

It slips when I'm accelerating, two weeks into having the car it had overheating issues and it caused me to have to get a new engine, the car was in the shop almost 4 weeks total for repairs, I didn't have a car to drive in the meantime. The car works fine for about 2 months, then it starts making loud noises and a loud roaring noise when I'm driving and backing up and turning. I take it to the shop; I get it fixed. Now, a month later it is doing more stuff, now it's literally unsafe to drive, the car literally just drops down to 0 RPM's and shuts off right in the middle of driving. I call them to tell them about it and that I need a loaner car if I' m going to put mine in the shop to get fixed because I am a single mom, I have one car in my house, I am the only one that drives, I have 3 young children that I have to get to school and back, a disabled mother that has to be able to get to doctors' appointments and such and a husband who has to go to work. I NEED the loaner car. They told me there was a waiting list, that I'd have to wait 1-2 weeks at the most. I have called every day for two weeks, since I called the first time, I have been getting nothing but the run around, they were getting the loaner car delivered to them, then they needed to get it serviced and then I could have it, every day for 5 days, that was the story, they still hadn't received the loaner car. Then they got the loaner car to get serviced, for the last 6 days it needed a part that still hasn't been delivered to the shop to be put on the car. Why is everything taking so long to do? My issue is emergent and not my fault. I have had the car 8 months and have had nothing but issues. First time I didn't even have a car to drive while it was being worked on, I was without a car for 4 weeks, now I am having to drive a car dangerously around because it's the only car I have and have no choice. I can't afford a rental car and I shouldn't have to get a rental car when they have the means to give me a loaner car and fix mine. I shouldn't have to put myself, my children, husband and elderly mother in danger to get them and myself around where we need to go. Worst car dealership I have ever had to deal with!
