    I don't even know where to start when it came to dealing with the service manager, Jeremy! I work travel & was in Decatur working for the week. I purchased a new 2024 Hyundai Santa Fe at Longview Hyundai 3 wks ago. 3 WEEKS AGO PEOPLE! BRAND NEW!!! Ended up at Lowe's parking lot after arriving b/c of a flat tire. Called roadside assistance for help through BlueLink App w/Hyundai as I am suppose to. Guy arrived sooner than the normal time, aired the tire up to see if it was a slow leak & it began to bubble up around the wall of the tire. It was then decided it was a defected tire (pics included). He followed me to Hyundai in Decatur. After speaking with Jeremy, the service guy, they would have to order the tire which wouldn't arrive until Wednesday, but they had a another brand I could get for $350. I told him NO! It was a defected tire & Hyundai guarantees defected parts/tires for free. My car was only 3 wks old. He told me a nail was found in my tire (not sure how true that is) which made it not under warranty. I called his BS & contacted my dealership & they were appalled at how I was being treated. My dealer looked it up & showed it to be a defected tire & needed to be replaced at no cost. Jeremy denied that & stated I would have to pay for a tire b/c it was not under warranty due to the nail. UGH! Mind you, they had put my spare on it already! Long story short, my dealership in Longview came to the rescue. They had a driver deliver me a rental car all the way from Longview, picked up my car, drove it back to their lot in Longview & will be replacing my tire for FREE! They are also going to check my other 3 tires to make sure they are good. That is what good customer service is. Jeremy, you need to take lessons on "good customer" service b/c what you attempted to do me was wrong on ALL LEVELS. SHAME ON YOU & how embarrassing that you work under the Hyundai name. His supervisor really needs to look into this ASAP. James Wood Hyundai, sounds like you tried to screw over the wrong person/woman!!!!!!! BEWARE! I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND ANYONE TO BUY FROM THIS LOCATION! If you need an honest very good dealership to purchase a new car, go to Longview Hyundai & ask for Taylor! HE ROCKS!

    Great folks! Serviced my car and did a great job! I would recommend them and plan to buy a vehicle from them.

That dealership offered me a lease price of $1905/ month and bragged because he got the price down $200, so I was going to pay $1700, they told me I was $5,000 upside down. Feeling reluctant, I located the 2026 GMC Denali PU with the exact options that I was seeking. Derek was extremely professional. I told Derek exactly what I was looking for. Within an hour, Derek provided me with a ballpark figure that was exactly the same as the result I came up with on the GM Financial website; I was $500 upside down. After a 1-hour drive to the dealership, it took approximately an hour to complete the paperwork, and a monthly note below $700/mo. Without a doubt they have earned my trust in an industry that is filled with uncertainty in my opinion. When completing the paperwork, I was able to relax, as in my experience the finance manager didn't try to up-sell me on things I didn't want or need.     I bought a Jeep Compass from them in March. Ever since then, I have had nothing but issues with the…read morecar. It slips when I'm accelerating, two weeks into having the car it had overheating issues and it caused me to have to get a new engine, the car was in the shop almost 4 weeks total for repairs, I didn't have a car to drive in the meantime. The car works fine for about 2 months, then it starts making loud noises and a loud roaring noise when I'm driving and backing up and turning. I take it to the shop; I get it fixed. Now, a month later it is doing more stuff, now it's literally unsafe to drive, the car literally just drops down to 0 RPM's and shuts off right in the middle of driving. I call them to tell them about it and that I need a loaner car if I' m going to put mine in the shop to get fixed because I am a single mom, I have one car in my house, I am the only one that drives, I have 3 young children that I have to get to school and back, a disabled mother that has to be able to get to doctors' appointments and such and a husband who has to go to work. I NEED the loaner car. They told me there was a waiting list, that I'd have to wait 1-2 weeks at the most. I have called every day for two weeks, since I called the first time, I have been getting nothing but the run around, they were getting the loaner car delivered to them, then they needed to get it serviced and then I could have it, every day for 5 days, that was the story, they still hadn't received the loaner car. Then they got the loaner car to get serviced, for the last 6 days it needed a part that still hasn't been delivered to the shop to be put on the car. Why is everything taking so long to do? My issue is emergent and not my fault. I have had the car 8 months and have had nothing but issues. First time I didn't even have a car to drive while it was being worked on, I was without a car for 4 weeks, now I am having to drive a car dangerously around because it's the only car I have and have no choice. I can't afford a rental car and I shouldn't have to get a rental car when they have the means to give me a loaner car and fix mine. I shouldn't have to put myself, my children, husband and elderly mother in danger to get them and myself around where we need to go. Worst car dealership I have ever had to deal with!
