got a ton of warranty work done that i shouldn't have even had to do. got the bike back just to see that two engine mount bolts were missing and the top shock mount bolt was missing. how do you miss these types of things?? these guys cannot fix bikes worth shit, and i've had nothing but problems with them. i called about getting the bolts and they say they'll get back to me but never ever do. incompetent people, do not go here! read more

They told me they were positive they'd trade my 2013 CRF450R for a 2023 KX85. I was totally upfront about everything. I told them about the chip, I told them about the missing air filter; no surprises. But I still drove an hour and a half out there, wasting my entire afternoon, only for them to keep me waiting another two hours while they 'inspected' the bike. The salesperson was just weird, awkward, unprofessional, and clearly had no clue what he was talking about. After all that time, they suddenly flipped and said I'd have to pay $1,000 extra for an air filter and air box that cost like eighty bucks total; parts that take literally ten minutes to replace. What a joke. Then they told me my bike looked 'rough,' which is insane considering I sent them detailed photos beforehand. So what, they couldn't tell until I drove all the way out there? Really? And if that wasn't enough, after they messed around with it, the bike wouldn't start right; it took around 20 kicks more, when normally it starts in one or two. I could literally hear. them redlining my bike for a long time, inside of the shop. It felt like they didn't even know how to handle it properly. But here's the worst part: the salesperson should've known right away that their dumb pricing system claimed my bike was worth less than the KX85. That's basic. That should've been the first thing they checked before confidently saying the trade would happen. Instead, they wasted my time, gas, and energy just to hit me with a bait-and-switch. They advertised a Honda goldwing and I spoke to them over the phone about it ( used one ) and I drove 45 minutes to get there . Once there , I couldn't help but notice the seat had two huge tears in it . The salesman Travis never disclosed this and he just shrugged his shoulders like it was nothing. This morning they put another Goldwing up for sale that they didn't even have. Looks like they threw the bait out there just to get you in the door. Friday 6/30: 2 PWC - Error Code - Iinitial call - "If you can bring them in first thing in morning, we can have tech run code and get you taken care of from there." Next morning - At door 15 min before opening: "Not sure who told you that but lets get you checked in and on schedule, hopefully day or two". Crickets for a week, call: "Looks like we got you scheduled the 19th" (a day short of 2 weeks from taking them in). Monday 7/17: Call from service scheduler "looks like you need two wear rings & impellers, engine harness. It'll be around $2600, just need your authorization." Me - What was the error code? "Oh yeah, looks like an engine harness, not sure on code". I drive to the shop to talk to tech for specifics. Tech: "I put the code and detailed notes, did the scheduler not read those?" Me - No. so tech is good to hear my concerns, explains findings, indicates only delay would be parts arriving. I verify his experience - less than 6 months, but other than manager, he has most experience on watercraft but friendly and interested in helping. Give go ahead, harness part ships Friday 7/21, arrives 7/24. Call to inquire Wednesday After not hearing. Scheduler says yes we have all parts, BUT, I am not on schedule, will put me for Saturday and commits to seeing "if it can be moved up and get back with me." Its the end of the day Saturday and I have heard NOTHING. Had them the entire month of July, now going August apparently and I will no doubt have to call to get status. Follow up to come. read more

These guys KNOW how to feed the need for speed. It is an addicting place that will have you finding ways to scrape up the funds for the next toy, add on, or part. Dirt and snow are their specialities and they have plenty of options for both. You can even rent machines to try out the latest toys before making the investment. They have several things going for them here: 1.) Sales. They are good at it and they are fair. They aren't in the business to gouge you and you will pay an honest price for an honest purchase. They don't oversell and make recommendations based on wants and needs, not "keeping up with the Jones' " (They can, however, help you spend your next 3 years worth of paychecks to not only keep up with Mr. Jones, but run circles around him.) Inventory levels are great and they get the latest and greatest a bit faster than some of the competition. They turn inventory fast and the options are always updating and getting better. 2.) Parts. They have them. If they aren't on the shelf you can get them. Pricing on the widgets to go on your toy can be had at Triple S at comparable prices to "website.com" and you are doing two things: supporting local and paving roads with a bit of state sales tax. Whether it is a RZR bumper or a pair of riding pants, you can get them here at the parts counter. 3.) Service. When you break it, they can fix it. The service department does anything from basic tune ups to fixing the "oh my hell, how did you do that?!?!?" They work fast so you can be back on the trails in little time and give advice on how NOT to break your toys again. I have yet to meet someone at ADS that makes any decisions to have integrity. My mom just bought a side by side from them and not only were they horrible to work with but they messed up her paperwork and taxes after a huge nightmare with communication, now trying to make it right they will not even respond to her. I just went to an event they had a booth at and was told they were heavily discounting a "full kit" boondocker turbo set up. I asked multiple times about what was included and asked if they would make it right if something was missing. I was told yes, no problem. Get it back to the truck and notice the box has writing on it saying its missing two very important, pricey parts. I did not open the box but went back to the booth to inquire about the notes on the box, the owners daughter told me that they were prechecked and everything was for sure in there. My niece and good friend bought the exact kit the same time as I did with no notes saying missing parts. We opened all the boxes and sure enough I was missing $800 worth of parts. I walk back to the booth and was told "sorry, there is nothing we can do to make it right, if you aren't happy with it, we will refund your money." Not willing to throw in the missing parts from the "prechecked" kit. Not willing to discount the incomplete kit, not willing to discount the parts needed if I were to pay separately. She had the audacity to turn to the other salesman in front of me and say "no big deal, we'll resell it as is for the same price." Horrible customer service, dishonest, money hungry people running the show. I will never support their business again and I suggest not doing business with these kind of people! read more

They charged me for 1.5 hours to program three keys to two of my snowmobiles and the entire process with getting all the information and entering it into the computer and programming the keys took less then .5 hours. Then they try and make it seem like it normally takes longer even though all the keys I have had done have never taken very long. They are just taking your money. read more

Recently went to ADS Motorsports to purchase a new Textron Wildcat XX 2018. We knew exactly what we wanted, so after calling a few dealerships, we decided on purchasing from ADS. We went to pick up the sxs on Saturday. The sxs was getting a new roof put on, so in the meantime we ordered accessories and did the financial paperwork. The paperwork we signed said the machine had 1 mile but the price was more than we established, so we had to argue that. As soon as we got home we start inspecting our "new" machine and saw that sand was packed everywhere a pressure wash couldn't easily get to. It looked like it was rode hard. We checked the odometer and it said 60 MILES and 3.5 HOURS. WTF? Also to note, the accessories guy inadvertently told us that one of the Wildcats was a demo that they "rallied" at St. Anthony's. We immediately called Adam, who gave us an initial excuse of them switching gauges on machines. We said no, this is a used machine. Adam finally agrees and apologizes and says he is going to make it 100% right. He was going to bring the other Wildcat they had down to us and leave the Assault package that was on there to make up for them messing up. We agreed. But then before bringing it down Adam tried to get us to pay for the assault package! He did nothing to remedy the fact that we had a used machine sitting in our garage for the last 5 days, on a three day weekend when we should have been riding! We decided to cancel the entire sale and brought back the used sxs. Our friends, family, and us will NEVER give business to ADS. Leaving 1 star because Robert in parts was awesome. read more

Honestly I'm up in the air and at a loss. On one hand I had them do my stop ride fuel pump recall on my RZR, and they communicated great with me, and got it taken care of, on the other hand I had them do my 25 hour service at the same time and specifically asked them to replace the air filter for the first time if needed (honestly I thought it would need it, we ate a lot of dust during the September hunting season last year where we put nearly 400 miles on it in one trip). When they called me to pick it up I inquired about the air filter and they said it was fine. We picked it up and did a few small pavement street legal rides around town, and then took it out on a minimally dusty ride(at least compared to last September) and the check engine light came on after about 15 miles of riding. So we took it back in for a diagnostic test, and we're told it was the turbo charge tube boost code, and that it was our air filter that was clogged. Honestly I don't know if they didn't inspect it enough to tell it needed a new filter or what? I just know I ate very little dust on the supposed ride that clogged it and really the only substantial ride since we had them do the service. I'd hate to think it was left in there on purpose if it needed changed. But in the end it cost me another $176 for a diagnostic charge and filter and having to listen to a $1000 sales pitch on why I need them to install a particle separator (which I will admit yes and have always known I would like one but there isn't $500! of labor in installing something I can easily do myself). All I can say is lesson learned, both my wife and I believed if the filter went bad on our last trip it should have been bad enough to replace when we first had it serviced. I personally will now inspect the air filter on my own after every ride and get a $20 adapter for my own decoder to avoid a ridiculous $75 fee. read more

Terrible customer service. Service department has lazy unhelpful staff. I took a can am in for service and the service people were too lazy to get out of there chair to assist with malfunctioning card reader or want to take the time to go over the service report after the service was completed. They were unable to get parts in time as noted to be installed at time of service. They recommended the belt be replaced and when I looked at the old one and compared to new it did not. My machine was dripping oil when I got it home from what looks like a poor job cleaning up after the job. My machine was dirtier when I picked it up then when I dropped it off. Very lazy and unprofessional employees and this was my first and last time dealing with ADS. I do not recommend them to anyone who expects good customer service and a professional job. read more

I have purchased many toys from ADS Motorsports. I bought a new turbo sled from them that has never worked right to this day after bringing it in for maintenance. I bought parts from them recently to install myself but due to a sprained wrist I was unable to complete the task. I went to their service department for something that should Have taken 20 minutes to install and they quoted me $400. frustrated, I then called Karl Malone in Heber City and they said they would complete my job for $50, WOW right? The I called Young Powersports in North Ogden and they said $135. I had my wife help me and we completed the task ourselves so it didn't cost me a dime, but my loyalty to ADS is gone. I bought a 2020 Can Am from ADS Motor sports and I purchased this machine the end of June. I did but some seat harness and while installing them I noticed that the passenger seat did not lock when adjusting the seat. And me and my family were going on a ride over to Bear lake and I was riding by myself so I was going to make an appointment on Monday to get the seat fixed while Riding the machine I kept having the problem with Brake light going on and I would have to take my foot off the gas then it would go away. On Monday I called and I advised what was going on and they got it in right away to address my concerns and at that time I decided to get the street Legal kit put on . When they called and said it was done and they had gone through everything and said I should not have a problem well over the 24th of July me and my family had gone to the sand dunes and 2 days in a row I was throwing check engine lights. I called ADS and was very upset. I even recorded the codes that I was getting and they did not know what was going on with it. That following Monday they picked it up and took it back to the shop at that time I had demanded that they give me my $500 dealer prep fee back and they told me no. But what they could give was my first 500 mile service for in replace of the dealer prep fee and I was told that was the equivalent of the $500 dealer prep fee so I agreed to it. When I took my Can Am back to get the whip lights installed because I was giving them a second chance and I had a light bar installed as well the cut my Bimini top to mount the brackets and drilled a hole for the wire. They did not even call me and advise that they would be doing that. Now if I want to put a different top on I have to cut the Bimini top to get the top off so I don't have to cut the wire. I know that ADS is doing everything they can to get my issue resolved and I really appreciate that from them. read more

Just purchased a 2015 Pro Rmk from Triple S Polaris. The machine Is great but the sales department at Triple S leaves a lot to be desired. I live about 50 miles from the dealership and did my sled deal over the phone. The sales guy gave me a great out the door price over the phone but when I went to pick up the sled everything changed. What was included in the price over the phone mysteriously changed at closing. I was told that the tank was full of 91 octane with break in oil. Yeah right! The break in oil was there with maybe 1 gallon of fuel. Fortunately I was smart enough to check on that FULL tank of fuel before I headed out on my first snowmobile trip. Out the door price included a full tank of oil, spare plugs, and a spare belt. Not quite! These fine folks added all of these items to my accessory bill over and beyond the out the door price and had an explanation for everything which was totally contradictory to the phone deal. I should have walked away from the closing but had a lot of miles and time into picking up this sled and at that point just wanted to go home. This was my second purchase from this dealership and most likely my last. I should have went with my gut feeling and traveled to the small town dealerships out of the metro area. read more
