They are an EGO dealer and supplier and that's why I was here, to get a replacement part. I previously ordered a part for my EGO snowblower online and got it for cheap and it came in a timely manner. This time I went directly to the store because I needed the part today. Was pleasantly surprised to see how complete their inventory is. The service was friendly. 5* = A top favorite. Mind-blowing good. I will definitely return and I will go out of my way to go here. Worth every dime of my money. 4* = Outstanding. Top-tier. Some elements not quite as good as it gets, but it still is worthy of my regular business. 3* = Good experience. I might do repeat business if it is convenient, the only option, the only one in its category, or on a whim, but would not be among the first thing to come to mind. Would definitely recommend you trying it to get your own take on it. 2* = Not so good. Would not recommend at all. Waste of money. 1* = How are they still in business? Stay away at all costs!

They offered a floor model, I did not want a floor model, however accepted. The same customer service person, we Will ship immediately and send confirmation. The next week I ask if it has been shipped, nope!!!! We will look into it. I then cancelled order immediately I get a response, we are ready to ship. Three weeks have passed already and I need the saw in two days. If you want to order and never receive your item this is the place.

EDIT: Due to the dealers response, changing the review to a positive one so that it doesn't negatively affect their ratings. Glad to see that they are attentive and responsive to reviews. I was upfront about everything and never tried to hide my intentions. I even planned to come back the next day to finish the paperwork once financing was squared away. But as soon as I said I wouldn't be signing that night without the confirmed rate, the tone shifted. I was pressured in front of the entire team, questioned on whether I had talked to other dealers, and even had a sarcastic offer of a $500 check if the rate wasn't what they insisted it would be--right in front of everyone. It stopped feeling like a professional transaction and started feeling like an ego contest. After I left, I received multiple texts that became increasingly guilt-trippy and unprofessional--accusing me of backing out, being dishonest, and placing blame over a "40-cent monthly difference." The reality is, I walked because of how I was treated, not the rate or the money. Everyone has the right to pause and confirm financing on a major purchase. If a dealership can't respect that, it says everything. I ended up finding a better experience elsewhere--no pressure, no theatrics, just transparency and respect.

    If I could give them a negative I would have. There was nothing wrong with my machine, I sent it in…read morefor a full service and my clutch gone through and now my shock has "gone out" because it's a wearable item and I've not even gone out this season yet (my oil was completely emptied into my garage after the service was done). On the phone I was told it would take 10 hrs for a full service, they called me in 3 hours. Fortunately I've NEVER had issues with my machine (including before it was taken in for service) and maintained frequently. I would suggest you taking your machines elsewhere to get serviced. After talking to a few other people that took their machine to wellers it's also happened to them. Mistakes happen, own up to them and fix YOUR mistakes, make it right instead of calling the customer and being an asshole. Wellers doesn't seem to want to be responsible for the mistakes they make, poor customer service. I will be telling everyone to find somewhere else to go as well as finding somewhere else for myself. This is from walker evans themselves... (this is the shock we have on our machine right now). So YES wellers you are responsible for covering the cost to get my shock fixed... I'll bring you my receipt so you can reimburse me. About the only way you destroy one of their shocks is to crash and bend the shaft and even then it can be repaired.
