    Correspondence from Honda world

Shout out to Isaiah with the worst phone etiquette know to man. Openly hostile and refused to escalate the situation and told me to hop in my car and come down there instead of assisting me with returning my security deposit, after being in their waitlist for 4 months. Not only can they not serve their clients, they are unreliable, understaffed and are not able to keep up with their inventory. It took 4 calls today to get my refund done. I filed a review on their website and was contacted by there GM which I've attached "Hey Landon, Thanks for reaching out. I listened to the call and there will definitely be some training to correct the issues. I apologize on behalf of the store and on his behalf. If you need anything else, please feel free to reach out to me directly and I can help you out myself. Thank

Absolutely dirty way to run a business. I warn strongly to not go here. They will jack their prices on you.

Ryan was my sales person. He gave me the best customer service I have ever had in a motorcycle dealer and I used to run one... Fantastic!

My boys and I researched for so long and were so excited to get dirt bikes. One of the dirt bikes didn't come with a charger and one of the dirt bikes didn't come with a MCO. So not only can I not go to the DMV and get one of the bikes registered I had to buy a charger for one of them to even use it.... I have called and spoke to at least 8 different people and get the runaround every single time. I'm told every time they will call back and never once have I received a call back. I purchased by bikes 1 month ago and have still gotten nowhere with anyone. Trent, Kyle, Cason... You guys should feel ashamed in yourselves. This place is great and responsive until they get your money then they completely ghost you. Its truly shameful.

I'm really disappointed with my experience here due to pricing and lack of transparency…read more I was initially charged $200 to disassemble my forks. When I later brought them back already fully disassembled and provided all required parts, I was charged $412 just for reassembly, plus an additional $35 in "parts" charges, despite the fact that all parts used were my own. In total, this came out to around $700 for the disassembly and reassembly of forks that were already OFF the bike. That pricing simply does not make sense. I've previously worked in a motorcycle shop and as a service writer, so I'm familiar with standard labor practices. Reassembly typically takes less time than disassembly, and when customers provide parts or bring components in pre-disassembled, labor time and parts charges are usually reduced. None of that was reflected here. I was never given a clear shop labor rate, the receipt was extremely vague, and when I asked for clarification on how the charges were calculated, I was not provided any meaningful details beyond "that's just how we do it." For a professional service shop, this lack of transparency and the final cost feel unreasonable. Customers deserve clear labor rates, itemized receipts, and pricing that reflects the actual work performed. Unfortunately, that was not my experience, and I would not recommend this shop.

Not the most organized or clean or shiny place on the planet, in fact it's the patina that really gives it the charm. No, it's not that part that makes it difficult. It's the part where you try to separate the shop from the owner. In the end, you just can't separate Caesar's from Caesar. Caesar is a larger than life character whose eclectic life and personality just oozes out of his shop. He's been a fixture in Midvale City there on State Street and a giant in the SLC motorcycle community. As an outsider to that community, even I know who the guy is. Visit. Meet him. You won't forget it. In fact, he's such a big personality that he's been immortalized by UDOT. Next time you go underneath the TRAX bridge at about 7900 South on State Street, look over on the east side of the road to the concrete wall. There are cut metal art pieces depicting Midvale's past like the old Sharon Steel site. At about the middle of the concrete you'll see a dude on an old school bicycle (the kind where you sit atop a giant wheel) and he has a parrot on his shoulder. That's an homage to Caesar, who has been known to ride an old school bicycle with a parrot on his shoulder. So yes, do check out the shop. But at this point know that it's as much about the "Caesar" in the title as it is about the "Motorcyle Parts & Service" part.
