I've been a loyal customer here for years. I've purchased three bikes from this location and have trusted them with every single maintenance and service. I used to recommend this place to everyone I know. Unfortunately, after my last visit, that's over. While I was there, one of the employees -- I didn't catch his name, but he has a Harley logo with wings tattooed on his hand and a tattoo on the side of his head -- made extremely inappropriate and racially offensive comments right in front of me. I was stunned. If an employee feels comfortable saying something like that in front of a customer, I can only imagine what's being said when customers aren't around. That's not just unprofessional -- it's unacceptable. I've spent thousands of dollars here over the years, but after this, I can't continue supporting a business that allows this kind of behavior to happen on the floor. I truly hope management takes this seriously and addresses it immediately, because situations like this damage customer trust and the store's reputation. read more

I knew what Harley was before I bought one. Tristen has helped me through a couple of accidents. He worked with the insurance company both times. I liked when I called he knew where the parts were to repair my bike were at. They have given me great service when I have taken it in. Where do I begin? Me and my brother were headed to Yellowstone National Park from Orange County California. We stopped in on the way up to take a break. Stretch your legs and walk through the store. so on the way back I noticed my front brakes were starting to grind up a bit and we were planning on hitting Bryce Canyon and Zion the following day so we pulled in 4:30 PM Ish to pick up the brake pads and do ourselves in the parking lot of the hotel we were staying at. Got to talking to Josh, who is a supervisor of the service department. He came out and looked at the brakes and said we can do them here for you if you like and of course, I was pleased to hear that so these guys literally changed out my front brakes, flushed, my rear brake line, and changed my rear light bulbs(no charge) to me on the bulbs. now mind you This is 5 PM getting closer to 5:30. These guys took my bike in and started working on it. I was out of there by 6:30-7 PM. And let me give a shout out to Austin as well. He seen me in the corner, trying to charge my phone, and this guy handed me his pocket charger. That way I could walk around the store moving freely you can never find that type of customer service care at the Harley Davidson's in my area to include especially Harley Davidson HUNTINGTON BEACH!!! ,Laid laws in Baldwin Park or Harley Davidson in Irvine. This store has a good collection and stock of Harley's and electric bikes. Plus there was a cool golf cart and other odd automobiles you wouldn't think would be in a Harley store. Then there is their clothing, accessory and miscellaneous section. The Harley brand name is not cheap and nothing in this section is going to be either. However, they do have some sales and smaller items if you're looking for a gift. If you're looking for food, there is an attached restaurant in the establishment. I sent my motorcycle In because it wasn't idling correctly and would stall periodically. Tristan in the service department told me that to fix it I needed a $750. Tune, then he said I needed a new forced air filter. Finally we talked to Brandon in the service department, who actually talked with the mechanic. It was idling fine and it was not stalling at an idle. $540. Later nothing was found wrong with it, The injector solution I used must of taken care of the problem. Tristan has no integrity and was not truthful. Beware of his lies to sell you things that you do not need. Go through Brandon. He is truthful. read more

I was coming home from Sturgis this year (2021) & developed a vibration in my front end at slow speeds. This dealer took me in right away & had my bike fixed & on my way in 2 hours! The triple tree nut had come out of adjustment so they repaired & charged my only $108. Excellent service and the service advisor, Killer, was very helpful & very friendly. While I was there I walked around the dealership and noticed that it was the most attractive dealership I've ever been at. I've been to hundreds of Harley dealerships over the years and this one was by far the coolest! They have a great restaurant inside also. Really good food & good prices. The new owners are awful as they are into what they call "Dealer Suggested Retail Prices" or DSRPs. These DSRPs are their own manufactured ridiculous prices over and beyond Harley's own website posted MSRP prices. This extra money beyond MSRP goes straight into the dealer's pockets in addition to the money they already make above invoice. I was seriously considering a 2023 Road Glide Special from them until I learned that their "DSRP" was an absurd $6k over Harley's own posted MSRP from their website! Most HD dealers are happy to give you MSRP or even a price below MSRP. Do yourself a huge favor and avoid this dealership at all costs. read more

I would give this company zero stars if I could. These people are scammers, stay away from them. My wife and I rode down an hour to test ride a 2103 Road King last weekend. We tried several times to try and get the price for the RK beginning thru email and even during the time we were there test riding the bike. They kept beating around the bush and then finally bringing us paper work listing the bike at $16995 which was way to much than what the bike is worth. Now they have the same RK listed on their website for $11788 which is what the bike is really worth if not less. The marked up the price to scam us for $5000 more, if you want a honest deal for a Harley do not go to them, they are crooks. This is off their website. I've wanted to write a review but have not gotten around to it. I have been busy. I finally was able to finish writing my review of how well I was treated here at Summit Harley back on Aug 3, 2024. While riding in my softail. I was heading towards the Sturgis Motorcycle Rally in 2024 from California. When my wire starting system harness melted and burned, I broke down in Salt Lake City, Utah. I have AAA and got my Harley bike towed to Summit Harley. They replaced the whole ignition starting and charging system. I got a new stator, battery...etc. They included military discount and got me back on the road within the next day, around the afternoon. I was able to make it to Sturgis by the next day and ride for the whole rally event. I was also able to finish my trip all the way back home. I had no more problems with my Harley Softail. Job very well done. I want to give a shout-out, thank you, and a five-star service to Brandon, the service adviser, and Josh, the service manager, for helping me and getting me back on the road and home safely. read more

Shout out to Randall in parts. My wife and I rode from California to Magna, UT this past weekend to visit our daughter. I rode my 2004 Road King and my wife rode her 2015 Lowrider. Needing gas, we exited the freeway about an hour away from Magna. Turning the corner, I noticed that my linkage to my clutch shifter broke off at one end. Luckily, I always carry my handy zip ties. While I made the temporary fix, my daughter advised us that we were 10 minutes from a Harley dealer. We made it to Summit Harley-Davidson. I was assisted by Randall in parts. Aside from being friendly and courteous, Randall offered to give me a hand. He actually installed my new linkage for me. Wow!! Very impressive. The customer service was unbelievable. I could now relax, knowing that I'd get back home, 700 miles away, safe and on time. Because of my experience with Randall and his excellent customer service, I would recommend Summit Harley-Davidson to everyone. I tried to be a repeat customer and trade.My 2012 Limited Ultra in for a bew 2024. Limited Ultra. After working a deal, I let them see if they could get a better interest rate than I was already getting. Hightower, the sales manager, tried real hard to let me take the trike home, then refinance it through my credit union. He didn't understand it would be classified as "used" at that point. Then I told them I wanted the ultra limited. At this point, Hightower lowered my trade in value. When i finally accepted his lower trade-in offer, I came in the store expecting to make the transaction and showed him how my credit union has sent the check via fedex to the dealership. I was told to come back with the check. I decided I wasn't going to let this dealership trest mevlokeva criminal anymore. Ivasked them to not cash the check when itv showsvup on Monday, I'll pick up the check and take my business somewhere else. Luckily, I was able to retrieve this check at the local fedex near Linden. I was going to be spending over $36K, and I felt like these people were treating me like a crook. Never again will I buy anything from here. Riding to Sturgis, SD from Southern CA and had an issue with the clutch in Utah. Stopped in Timpanogos Harley Davidson. I told them I'm heading to Sturgis and is it possible to check out my clutch issue. I got there 1/2hr before they closed. Hal the Service Manager went out to see what it was doing. After about 30 secs he knew and got a guy on it. It was fixed and he noticed a recall item wasn't done so they wanted to perform that too but needed to keep it over night. When the sales guy Brian heard he offered me a ride to the hotel down the street. He also gave us a map and suggested a different route so we would get some great views instead of the mundane HW 15 through UT. What GREAT Customer Service and great people All around. I didn't expect that since I've had bad luck with dealers in the past. Please stop in and say Hello if you're passing through. They have a great shop and a great selection of clothes and gizmos. There is also a little restaurant to get some grub. Buy some things, all businesses need a little Love during these times. I can't say enough about them. Traveling this week and pulled my '16 FLTRU from SoCal to SLC and then on to Denver. Outside of SLC realized I did not know there was a transport mode on the bike. Results 'dead battery'. Monday called SLC H-D and their mechanic only works Tuesday thru Saturday. No bueno. Called these guys. Asked service. Steve answered phone. They did not have the battery in stock. Shipment coming but had not arrived yet. Steve suggested a battery company. I purchased the battery and went to meet Steve and these guys. It's impression, WOW! I've only been in one other dealership as impressive. This dealership is 100% the image I carry of a Harley dealership. Next was service. Steve was great got me in and out in incredibly short time. Thank you. I wish the H-D dealerships in SoCal were just 1/2 of what these guys represent. read more

HOG's. Flames. Free-flowing hair. And in case you're wondering, the free-flowing hair is not on the females. Timpanogos Harley-Davidson is a pretty wicked place located in the middle of Happy Valley. And you can take "wicked" however you like. I'm no biker chick nor am I against biker chicks (I just prefer showers and AC) but this place is sweet regardless of who you are. I was fortuitous enough to meet the manager, Rick Story. He is a hoot and a half. If you stop by (which you should - I've driven by a million times and am so glad I was forced by my MBA program to go) make sure to keep an eye out for a late 50ish year old gentleman with long gray hair and bushy eyebrows. He has plenty of stories to tell, all with a glimmer in his eye. Not only is he a tough biker dude (ask him about how he "manned" up his bike) but he also coaches his 11 year old grandson's baseball team. He allows their team to practice on the lower level during the winter. The facilities themself are amazing. Apparently the original owner set out to build a property for 5 million dollars with standard materials. Somewhere down the line, he decided to use reclaimed steel, bricks, and lumber from the local steel mill and other industrial properties. Final price tag? 60 million dollars. Holy crap. Not so easy to pay that 95K a month loan - so he didn't and eventually the bank repossessed the property and down the road ownership changed. What was a huge loss for one guy (and the bank) became an enormous gain for anyone who can appreciate motorcycles, vintage decor, or the use of reclaimed materials. The interior is truly gorgeous. Things to look for: 1. Steel Beams from Geneva Steel 2. Industrial lighting: Reclaimed from industrial factories and from railroad lighting 3. Doors to the Service Center: Former sliding train doors that they have knocked the sections out of and replaced with glass. Genius. 4. Vintage Signage: What makes it even cooler is that most of the signs are from local places. Did you know there was a "Spic n Span" in Provo once? 5. The bikes, of course! Harley's start at around 7K and go on up. I'm pretty sure I shouldn't bring my husband around or we might have to sell our house - or maybe just a kidney. I finished my visit with some sliders and shoestring fries from Marley's, their in-house restaurant. I'm not going to truly critique because I was with a larger group and I never think it's fair to compare large catered groups (where food comes out of large metal bins) with a regular order. I will say the burger slider, while not quite what I expected. did taste pretty good. Not pretty to look at but the slider wasn't alone at Harley-Davidson. Sometimes looks can be very deceiving. So, go check it out. It's worth your time. A free art event of sorts (assuming you can keep your wallet closed around the bikes and accessories). And one tidbit - I always thought the term "Hogs" was just a rough and tumble term for tough biker dudes. It's very possible you're more educated than I am but just in case you didn't know and want a random factoid...H.O.G.'s actually refers to Harley-Davidson Owner Group.
