Tried to give these guys another chance. Back in 2019 I took my husqvarna 450 to them because it was leaking gas. The carb needed rebuilt. I told them it leaked gas if you turn the fuel on. I dropped it off to them and got a call back a day or 2 later saying my bike leaked gas all over there shop floor like it was my fault. Don't know what they wanted me to do about it since it was in there for a gas leak haha. I thought it was funny cause it didn't leak on the way in there shop when I unloaded it from my truck because I had the fuel off. Took longer than expected on it but they ended up fixing it and charged me around $450. I got it back and my fuel hose to the carb wasn't even put back on. Not a big deal but when you charge $120 for labor you'd think they would do better than that. Fast forward to 3 weeks ago, I needed my clutch fixed. I dropped it off to them and waited for them to update me on what's wrong with it and how much it would roughly cost. Few days later I got a call saying what all I needed to fix it and that it would cost roughly $300. He then told me my bike wouldn't run and that I needed my carb rebuilt, new suspension, and fork seals. Funny thing is everything ran fine besides the clutch before I dropped it off to them. I agreed to fix the clutch and do a couple extras like new grips,oil change, air filter change, and spokes torqued. He then said he would update me on when the parts would be there. Never heard from them for about 2 weeks and decided to call them to see what's going on. They said they were still waiting on my master cylinder for the clutch and that it would be there Thursday of last week. I finally got a call today (Monday) that it was ready to be picked up. Went in to pay for it and he said my total was $900. That didn't sound right to me at all so I quickly made him go through it with me and he said "oh no we accidentally have you down for a chassis service". They know exactly what they are doing and tried to pull a quick one on me. My total then ended up being $500 which is what i expected it to be. Loaded my bike up and noticed the fuel switch was all the way on. Not very professional considering the fact that when you leave the fuel on it dirties your carb. I won't be bringing anything back to them. It's sad for them because I have lots of dirtbikes and I live just 10 minutes away. Very unprofessional and not satisfied with the work they have done for me. Spent a total of 1,000 bucks there in the last 3 years and I'm left with a bike that still doesn't run right. read more
