Ours was a rather complex repair from a car accident, with a great deal of damage and a lot that needed to be replaced, plus a fairly complex multi-layer "white pearl" paint job. We couldn't be happier with the results...the vehicle looks good as new, absolutely flawless repairs and paint job. Body panels are aligned well and look original. Paint matches perfectly. Everything is functioning as it should and we haven't had any issues since getting the vehicle back. The process took longer than we were quoted and that we had hoped, but Chris and the team did an excellent job keeping us updated throughout the process and setting expectations about timeline even when it took longer than expected. It seems one just needs to expect that auto body work is going to take a long time. The team is friendly and knowledgable, and it seems like they genuinely want to do an excellent job and provide great customer service. I worked with Chris at Karle Coachwork on some pretty extensive damage to my car. This also happened to be during a very difficult time in my personal life. Chris was kind, professional and compassionate. My car is a 2006 Lexus RX 400h so parts were difficult to source. He and Karle Coachwork managed to do the impossible and in less time than I expected. You would never know my car had damage. They even hand painted the stripe down the side and it is identical to the original. They were very easy to work with and did a phenomenal job. Our 2019 Chevy Colorado need some work done to the front bumper, left fender, and left headlight. I was provided several auto body businesses to take it to by my insurance carrier. I used Yelp to help me to decide. All of them scared the hell out of me. our truck is a 2019 and very low mileage and looked brand new. a local shop recommended Karle Coachwork. The best recommendation that I have ever receive. the Karle Team are the best. they were able to get our truck in a month earlier than schedule. the work was flawless. they even did a full exterior and interior detailing. I recently paid $200 for a detail like this. This was not added to my insurance claim and there were no hidden fees. my truck was protected like it was in my garage where it has been kept since new. It's always a crap shoot when looking for auto repairs, and you can't be certain you're dealing with a reputable dealer, who deals in quality repairs. This fits the bill, and I'm delighted with the results. Ain't cheap (fender repair/front quarter panel on 2016 MDX cost about $2200), and it takes awhile (about two weeks, or ten working days--nature of the business of repairing, painting, cooking paint, etc), but the results were worth it. In August 2016, I bought a new Hyundai elantra limited. Unfortunatly, there was a massive hail storm that damaged a great deal of cars. I had trouble finding a repair shot as they were overwhelmed by many other damaged cars. I went to Karle Coach where they were courteous, professional and very informative. I spoke to a rep by the name of Gabe. When I received the car back, in spite of all the hail damage, the car looked immaculate and just the same as the day I bought it. My wife and I have taken several vehicles to Karle as a result of the horrible drivers in this city. Each time they've done a superb job. They matched the weird pinstriping on my old truck to a T. Fixed the hatch on my wagon and immediately corrected a problem I had with the latch weeks later at no charge. Matched the weird green of my wife's xB perfectly TWICE. Dear Mr. Karle, On March 27, 2017, I retrieved my vehicle from your shop after receiving an email from Gabe stating that all work had been completed. I arrived at your shop and was greeted by Gabe. Gabe escorted me out of the building to where my car was waiting. He went over all the "repairs" and "services" that your shop conducted and or provided and even went as far to say, "That's a really nice Lexus." I was so happy to have my car back! I then proceeded to my home where I met up with my boyfriend. My boyfriend told me that the work that was completed was unacceptable and that I should take the car back to have it fixed the right way. And, once again, I thought he was being overly critical until he walked me around my car and showed me the discrepancies in the paint, the tape that was left behind and painted over; the "orange peel" that is occurring in the paint job; the debris and grit that got mixed into the paint and then was clear coated over; the white grime all over the inside of the doors that was left behind; how the rocker panel is still bent and doesn't line up with the rest of the car; and most importantly how my rear passenger door isn't lined up with the rest of the car at all. I couldn't believe it. I was in shock! How could this have happened? Why did your employees allow me to drive off with my car like this? Why did Gabe tell me that all is well and then take my money knowing that there were signs of substandard workmanship? How could an experienced and trained professional allow me to drive off with my car in that condition? How can they tell me lies when it is painfully obvious that there were big mistakes made? How does a "professional" allow for this to happen? Isn't there someone inspecting the cars before they are handed off to the paying customer? I don't understand why I was treated this way. Could the reason be because I am a woman and that the consensus at your business is that women are stupid? Did you think you could get away with producing subpar work because it was an insurance job and your company gets paid no matter what? I don't understand how you could have my vehicle for 9 weeks and then produce my car to me in such an unacceptable condition! I can't believe that I handed over $1000.00 to your company and that your company accepted my money knowing that my car was not fixed properly. Moreover, I had to rent a car and pay over $900.00 out of my own pocket while my car sat at your shop for 9 weeks. At the time, I didn't mind paying the rental fees because I was certain that you were working hard to make my car like new again. I even told Gabe over the phone once that, "I didn't care how long it took the techs to fix my car just as long as it is done right and looks good." I honestly believed that this was what was occurring during those 9 weeks. But, I was so wrong. My car looks as if you slapped it together in just 3 days and then threw a paint job on it and called it "done". I have been taken advantage of by your company. Unfortunately, I don't know that I can trust you or your employees nor can I afford to pay for a rental car while my car goes back in your shop for another 8 or 9 weeks. The sad thing Mr. Karle, is that your employees lack morals and they obviously do not take pride in their work or your company for that matter. And, unfortunately, your employees represent you and company. You should know that what they are representing is that they have very little respect for you or themselves. I will be sending my attorney a copy of this letter, a copy of the original work order and a copy of the "final" work order that Gabe produced to me and then passed off as a completed job, as well as pictures of the mistakes and faulty repairs that occurred at your business. All of which, provides proof that your company attempted to mislead me into believing my car had been fully repaired when in fact it had not. read more

I had the unfortunate circumstance of needing body work done twice in two consecutive months. Karle Coachworks' staff were helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable both times. They kept me up to date on issues with insurance and their time estimates were spot on. Hopefully I won't, but if I do, I will take my car to Karle Coachworks for any body work I need! read more
