I noticed a green line. I thought I was screwed because I'm temporarily living in Pensacola, FL renovating homes and there is no Apple store here! So, I checked Yelp and found this place. I need my phone to make money so I didn't hesitate to pay the fee to get it fixed. Not only did they fix the phone in one hour back to the way it was but they were also able to apply a new screen protector for me within that hour. I don't see myself breaking my new iPhone 13 Pro... i'll never get a max again because that crap is too damn big for my little hand...but if anyone in my fam breaks another screen I know where to go!

The online support told me a few things to try, but could not remotely access my phone at this point, but said they would call me back 4 days later (@ 4pm) after I'd done the things they suggested. They didn't call back, and I went back to the store. They then referred me to Express Mobile Techs. These people are truly AMAZING! After examining my phone, they determined it was the motherboard. After costs comparison vs a replacement with the s25, I opted to buy my phone from them. Taylor then spent a few hours (!) trying to transfer all my data to a computer for backup between the lagging, shutdowns and restarts and then transferred and setup my new phone for me. She was able to unlock some frozen apps and also retrieve text messages that my phone had deleted. Verizon would never have done all of this! Additionally, about 4 or 5 years ago, they were able to retrieve data from my husband's phone that had suddenly become a "brick" while he was working from home! I had forgotten their name and where they were located when my phone went bad. I'm so glad to have found them again and will refer all my friends! I'll be taking in an older desktop for some work soon! They truly are EXCELLENT!

The guys showed up bright and early this morning and told me they were going to pick up 5 items (it was supposed to be 6) and this was the first indication of trouble ahead. The person that seemed in charge this morning didn't think his truck could get down the lane due to tree limbs and hanging telephone lines which is understandable, safety first right? So we walked down to the box truck (exactly the same size and design as the trucks that delivered our stuff in the first place, what a coincidence!) and I noticed that one lane was completely passible, but he said he couldn't bring the truck down and his boss was trying to call me. His boss (in North Carolina) asked me if there was a U-Haul nearby, so that I could rent a truck to ferry the furniture and appliances from the house to the truck. I replied that I wasn't aware of a U-Haul anywhere nearby. And as the appliances were upright full sized refrigerators, I didn't think that was going to be doable, and might remove the need for the big truck in the first place, so I told him that I didn't think we could do business. So his guys left. Hope they had a great breakfast. Too bad they didn't have a smaller box van with a lift gate, and too bad the men that showed up had a Can Don't attitude. As no money was exchanged there's no harm, no foul, but I have been hearing about this all day from my wife...oh well, I'll know better next time.

I brought my laptop in this past October because I spilled water on it. After waiting around for weeks without hearing back, I finally called to check on it, only to hear that nothing had been done. After I kept calling back every day for a week, I finally heard back that they needed to order in a part. The part took a week to come in, and then they took several more weeks to put it on. I was told it was ready, so I came in and paid FOUR HUNDRED DOLLARS to get my laptop back. Got it home, turned it on- several of the keys still didn't work. So, back to the shop it went. I kept waiting and waiting and never heard from them. When I called, they basically told me that they lost the employee who had been working on it so it was just taken apart, sitting in the back on a table. I understand that things happen, but if they do you should inform your customers! I should not have to dig to find out what is happening, the people I am PAYING should be keeping me updated. Well, I finally got my laptop today (mid January). I found out that it is fried and nothing can be done. They refused to give me any sort of refund, so I paid them 400 dollars to literally do nothing for three months.
