I need my phone to make money so I didn't hesitate to pay the fee to get it fixed. Not only did they fix the phone in one hour back to the way it was but they were also able to apply a new screen protector for me within that hour. I don't see myself breaking my new iPhone 13 Pro... i'll never get a max again because that crap is too damn big for my little hand...but if anyone in my fam breaks another screen I know where to go!

Pathetic customer service, poorly trained sales staff. I tried to purchase a firewire card for my laptop at their Fort Walton store. Here's how the transaction actually went: Me: I'd like to buy a firewire card for my laptop. Clerk: Let me see.... We don't have any. Me: Are you expecting any in? Clerk:... uh... no. Me: Can I order one? Clerk: uh... no. We don't take special orders. Me: How can I get one? Clerk: You have to wait until the store in Pensacola sends us one. Me: when will that be? Clerk: they usually do inventory and send us stuff once a month. Me: when did you get your last shipment. Clerk: yesterday. Me: so it won't be for another month before you can get me the card Clerk.... uh... yeah. Me: I'm trying really hard to give you money. You're making it very difficult. Clerk: uh.... sorry. I left Tech Advanced and drove to Best Buy in Destin. Their clerk not only found the card I needed right away, but found one that was returned so I bought it at a deep discount.
