I just wanted to share the reactions I have gotten from my latest haircut by Linda Belli. Linda has been cutting my hair for at least 20 years and she also did my mother's hair weekly. This visit produced a great haircut that has gotten many positive comments. What you need to lnow is that I have very fine, straight hair that does not want to cooperate ever. I am in love with this salon. Through and through. I actually travel from off cape just to come to this salon, and I have sinced they opened. Diana and all of her staff take the time to listen, and care for your hair. It is an eco friendly salon, hello! Can we take a moment to appreciate how incredible that is as we creep closer to environmental peril? I have never had an issue with not getting exactly what I asked for. And Diana made sure every step of the way that I was satisfied with what she was doing. I'm not sure about another reviewers experience with that but all I can say is to take note of people who don't take the time to know their hair dressers name. I very much take reviews with "she this, she that, she, she, she" with a grain of salt. I actually love this salon because of the realistic expectations set every time I come in. I know Diana and her team would never promise to deliver something they couldn't. They are very well rounded and would rather deliver on the side of kindness than to hack someones hair apart. After taking the time to speak with the owner, Diana, I found out she has over 20 years of hair care experience. That paired with the conscientious environment, bright & welcoming, and fair prices, I will be a client for LIFE! Even if it means driving down there all year (YES I WILL IN THE SUMMER TRAFFIC TOO!). I went there for a haircut for the first time because a friend recommended it. I showed a picture and described to her what I wanted. I said I wanted it longer than the picture. I said I wanted it layered like the picture. What I got was shorter than the picture without layers and I actually laughed and cried my eyes out because I was so unhappy with how I look. Basically I looked nothing whatsoever like the picture. Not even close. What she was doing it she kept saying oh, this is longer than the picture, this is longer. I don't know why she said that because it definitely isn't longer... I am not at all happy with how I look I absolutely hate it. I bought a Groupon 20 for a 40 cut. What attracted me to pursuing a Groupon with this establishment was the notion of organic products.This was my first visit. Diana, the owner is super nice. The shop is no frills, very casual. As mentioned the salon is organic which is a huge plus. Diana's vision is clear and true. I didn't love my hair cut at all. Her style of cutting (choppy / uneven layers/ blunt) did not compliment my face. As I woke this morning I realized I will need to go to my regular shop for a repair as my layers are all uneven and chunky. I truly hesitate to make this rating as the owner is very passionate about her shop and mission; to have an organic shop. I commend her for this but have not been this disappointed in many years. I did leave her a message on her website so she is aware of my disappointment. Lesson learned, stick with what you know when it's concerning your hair. read more

I stopped into this salon while I was in town for the weekend looking for a color and a cut. Diana (the owner) was so polite and nice and made the experience very enjoyable. I asked to have a good length cut off from my long hair and Diana was sure to be conservative at first and then ask if I wanted to have more cut off. The color looks great too. Diana has been cutting my hair for years. I am so happy to see her making her dream of owning her own, environmentally-friendly shop come to life. I go back and forth over the years between cutting all my hair off to just taking an inch and she always obliges and delivers wonderful results. Two summers ago I got a pixie cut, it looked exactly like Daisy from "The Great Gatsby" movie. I loved it. I am really excited to try the Henna hair dye product she got. It is all natural, lasts about 4-6 weeks and leaves minimal color behind from what I have read. Its perfect for someone like me who has had my natural hair color for some years now and am nervous about committing to a full on color change. Also, my frizzy hair does not need any more damage from harsh dyes. Something else I found really comforting as a PREGNANT and then BREASTFEEDING mother(for a short time) is that I felt safe visiting the shop because there isn't that harsh chemical smell you get at other salons. The colors and products are all natural and safe for my hair, skin, and baby. Also, now that I have my little girly here with us, I am looking forward to getting mommy daughter manicures with the "Piggy Paint" she has stocked. It is chemical free and safe to ingest which if you have a little one you know is sooo important because their fingers are always in their mouths! Lastly, I follow Karma & Company on Facebook and love that the shop always has some great deals going. That has been great for this mom on a budget. I highly recommend this shop to tourists and resident cape codders alike, whether you just want a good relaxing shampoo, a new color, cut, or you need the works like an up-do and mani-pedi for a special day. I went here for the first time today, having found the salon after searching for someplace on Cape that does henna hair coloring. Outstanding job. Diana cut and hennaed my hair and the results were absolutely fabulous. I've even convinced my mom to check her out! It's down to earth and unlike any other hair salon I've visited. I went here yesterday with a Groupon certificate which made it a real bargain. I was very impressed with the energy of Diana (the owner). She's very upbeat and a pleasure to be around. I admire the eco-conscious way the salon is run. Everything is organic and recycled. She did a wonderful job coloring, cutting and styling my hair. It was styled a bit differently from how I usually do it - so I felt a little unsure until my family saw it and gave their resounding approval. She knows her business! I have been getting my hair cut by Diana for at least 15 years and was very excited to hear about the opening of this salon. I love the conscientiousness and dedication to being chemical free and eco friendly. Diana is very passionate about it and it shows. On my first visit I got my hair cut which was great. She layered it perfectly which can be a very hard feat for my curly q's. In other experiences stylists would underestimate the wileyness of my hair and make me look crazy lol. I most recently had my hair dyed a kind of unique color and she nailed it. She lightened and then dyed and it is what I pictured. And I never break the bank to change it up. I was recommended by my Mom to go see Linda. The Salon was very different than any I had been in before. I like the salon's idea of all natural products. Linda did a fabulous hair cut and highlights! I was so nervous as I had been to another stylist there a couple of years ago and was not happy at all. Linda took the time with me. I did show her a photo out of a magazine but she explained that everyone's hair is different and can't always get the exact hair cut. I Love my hair!!! She has many years experience and knows what she doing! She also took into consideration that I still need to put my hair up for my work and was very careful to leave it long , for me to do just that!
