Didn't use family recommendations I went on my own search and I came across the Salon 700 in Hyannis. I have been going there since I found it. It's been at least over a year or more. Between the greeting I get when I come in the door from the girls Danielle , Nicole everybody behind the counter. From my wonderful absolutely awesome Jillian who does my hair. I love Salon 700. The staff is absolutely amazing and they just make you feel like. You matter, they do a fantastic job with my hair and what my needs are. Never ever disappointed ever!! Women go to salon 700 in Hyannis you will not regret it! The aestheticians are awesome as well!!! My only sadness comes if I have to leave the Cape I will never find another place like Salon 700!!

I told her I had no improvement, so she said she would increase the level/strength. Again, no change and no improvement. I would recommend that you find a place that does a fixed price per area rather than per session. I have lost faith in this salon's laser hair removal practice.

When I explained the style I wanted, she immediately told me it wouldn't look good -- not in a helpful or constructive way, but in a way that made me feel belittled. Then, instead of working with me or offering alternatives, she went ahead and did the exact opposite of what I asked for. The result? A completely botched haircut that I now have to get fixed elsewhere and spend another couple hundred. This experience was frustrating, upsetting, and honestly humiliating. That first appointment with Jess I immediately felt comfortable with her. My hair was gray (my choice) and every stylist I went to before Jess led off with hair color options before my butt even hit their chair. Jess was the ONLY hair stylist who didn't do this. I trust Jess implicitly and she's helped me find my way through different styles throughout the years. And yes, even the occasional hair color (again, my choice, no pushiness from Jess ever). It is a cozy and tasteful place, all sheeshee and dolled up, tiny but with the services of a "big girl" location. Their massage/facial services are on the pricy point, so if I try them out, they better stand up to the cost (I've had services for less at a Ritz Carlton... yes, they are pricy), BUT if they are THAT good, then BRING IT! I'll try other places before I pick "my place". But this little tucked away gem, so far, is in the race!
