She was so kind and caring with my Dad, taking the time and extra effort to explain every step of the process. She was patient, knowledgeable and encouraging every step of the way. My Dad trusted Cecilia's expertise and always felt like he was in good hands. She comforted him whenever he felt worried or anxious. Cecilia gave my Dad the confidence and courage to smile again and is healthier now that he can eat more nutritious foods. My Mom is now going through the process with Cecilia and getting the same amazing support from her and the amazing team-Thank you to Saveria and Shrushti too! I would highly recommend Victoria Drive Denture Clinic to all my friends and family.

Denise is their receptionist, she is one of those people who in her proficiency also manages to include friendly attendance to your needs. Yes she makes you feel like your at home. I have recently transitioned to my 3rd pair of dentures. Cecelia is a recent addition to Fred's storefront. I couldn't have asked for a more pleasant experience during the fitting procedure. I got an exceptional fit and bite with minimum adjustments to my dentures. Thanks Fred for introducing me to Cecelia, she has the same dedication to client service and product excellence. As always I've been a happy camper in your care. Ted Gilmour

I strongly regret choosing this dental office. My experience was extremely frustrating and…read morecompletely unacceptable. Before even booking my appointment, I specifically asked about the cost because my financial situation was important to me. I clearly asked whether my insurance would cover the treatment. I was told that my insurance would cover 80% and that I would only be responsible for the remaining 20%. Based on that information, I agreed to proceed with the treatment. Then, several months later, I received a letter saying that I owed an additional $120. I went to the office to discuss this because I had specifically asked about the coverage before receiving the treatment. Instead of taking responsibility and trying to resolve the situation, the manager, Ellen, basically told me that they had many new employees, the employee who gave me the information apparently didn't know what they were doing, that person is now in Toronto, and I still have to pay the $128.80 That is completely unacceptable. If I had known from the beginning that I might have to pay this amount, I would have made a different decision. That is exactly why I asked about the insurance coverage BEFORE booking the appointment. I did my part by asking in advance. If your staff gives a patient incorrect information, the patient should not be expected to pay months later because of the office's mistake. And unfortunately, my husband's experience with this office was also very disappointing. He had a filling done there and was not satisfied with the result at all. His tooth continued to hurt and, according to him, the pain was even worse after the treatment, yet the dentist did not take responsibility for the situation. There is another issue that I find extremely concerning: privacy and patient confidentiality. The office called my husband and said that one of us had a dental appointment but they were not sure whether it was him or me because their system was apparently mixed up. A dental office should have accurate patient records and should handle patient information with the utmost care. Mixing up patients' information and then calling the wrong person about an appointment is extremely concerning. I have documentation supporting everything I am describing here, including the communications regarding the insurance and the amount they later demanded. Overall, this has been one of the most frustrating experiences I've had with a dental office. Poor communication, incorrect information about insurance, lack of accountability, an unsatisfactory dental treatment experience, and serious concerns about how patient information is handled. I would not recommend this dental office based on my experience. Before getting any treatment here, I strongly recommend getting everything in writing, especially what your insurance will cover and exactly what you will be expected to pay.
