Both of my daughters, ages 8 and 10, came in for their second lobe piercings. My youngest even met her classmate there so they could get matching piercings together, which made it such a fun and memorable experience for them. Jordan, who did the piercings, was absolutely amazing. My 8-year-old was really nervous and almost had a panic attack, but he was so patient, calm, and attentive. He took his time, talked her through everything, and made sure she felt comfortable every step of the way. That level of care meant everything as a parent. I also really appreciated that they use needles--not piercing guns--which felt much more professional and sanitary. The shop itself is extremely clean, and you can tell they take hygiene very seriously. Pricing is very reasonable, but what stood out most was the professionalism, cleanliness, and genuine care they showed my daughters. Highly recommend!!!

He is incredibly professional, patient, and made my daughter (and this Mama) feel completely comfortable throughout the whole process. The sweetest part was seeing my daughter's reaction after--it was all smiles and excitement, and you could tell how proud she felt. That meant everything to me as a parent! We originally came to Jordan for her first piercing and had such a great experience that we knew we'd be coming back--and we will continue to return for any future piercings as well. Highly recommend!!!

What a disappointing experience, based on seeing what other people's experiences have been…read more We took a vintage mid century art deco clock in for framing, and spoke directly with the owner. We met with him for a long period, as we were very specific about what we wanted, which was actually a very simple design, but didn't want the clock itself altered and for it to be operable. He told me they'd need 6 weeks for the job, and that he'd be out of town, but his daughter would handle it. We left a substantial deposit for half the cost. Cut to about 6 weeks later and my wife goes to the shop when we're told it's ready. Her dealings were with the daughter, whom we hadn't met before. The frame and matting itself are very nice. However, the clock within is, first, not centered. The daughter denies this, insisting it's centered, until my wife insists she check using a tape measure, and it's off center by nearly two inches (the clock is only 13" diameter). Whoops. Second, the clock, which is circular/sundial shaped, does not have numerals, but markers. It is not lined up with the 12 o'clock position at the top. The daughter argues that it can't be hung with the 12 o'clock position straight up, because it is off-center of the hanging hole on the back of the clock. Now understand, these are things we discussed with her father, extensively. It's an important piece to us, and we told him price was not a problem, we just wanted it done correctly, securely and to look nice. We discussed using clear acrylic braces from behind to support the clock, or something similar, as we understand a circular piece is difficult. We thought he understood. His daughter clearly didn't, and she stated it couldn't be done, and that the hole on the back of the clock intended for hanging was off center for the clock's 12 o'clock position (no, it's not). However, she told my wife she would fix it to our satisfaction. We chose to give her a second chance. A couple weeks pass and we get the call that it's done. My wife returns to the shop to find that all that was done is that it has now been centered, nothing else, which the daughter admits. She states that securing the clock with 12 o'clock in the, well, 12 o'clock position is impossible. My wife asks for the refund of our deposit and the return of the clock. The daughter argues that substantial time and resources were used, to which my wife counters that she did not complete the work we asked for to our satisfaction. Ultimately, the refund is given. The daughter says it will be a week before she can get the clock removed. It didn't take a week, she called the very next day saying it was ready to pick up. When my wife arrived to pick up the clock, the daughter wouldn't even stand up from the desk, pointing to the clock nearby and saying "it's there". For some reason, this lady, the daughter, decided this was personal, and as such, she treated my wife very poorly. Her customer service was horrendous, her attitude was very nasty and she earned every line of this poor review. Our experience with people involved with framing art is that they have some degree of creativity and enjoy the challenge of something they haven't experienced before. That wasn't what we found here. When they told us something couldn't be done, we ourselves came up with several possible solutions, which were acknowledged but never acted upon. So we will look elsewhere, confident in other artistic minds in Las Vegas.

Which is so hard to find a jeweler that you can trust with your valuable item $$$ After my first service of adjusting my engagement ring and getting appraised and having my diamond checked, which was such a great first experience and quality of work. We came back to have a my novice sketch come to life. Ive been wanting to have my 14k white gold open bangle get personalized with my daughters name on it for so long but then finally this year before giving birth to my son it was such a perfect timing to have both of their names on it. Brought my ugly sketch lol go Artash and on the spot my vision was tweaked by the expert and ta-da he turned my old bracelet and loose diamonds to what i was visioning but WAY better! So if you need a jeweler this is your guy, this is the family owned place you want to see! I also had a chance to interact with Artash wife over instagram she is very nice hoping to meet her one day at the store. Will definitely be back with more sketch in mind.
