Club Alum opinion: I considered Elevation to be a big part…read moreof my home. Many of the coaches were pivotal in my recruitment to the college volleyball team I currently played for. My parents have contributed significant amount of money to this establishment and remained loyal when people chose to sue them for their poor handling of payment during COVID. We have also referred this club to many people that attended. My sister chose to part ways with this club after a bad experience but I considered elevation to still be part of my home. Until recently when the owner Rob Graham told me to step away from a conversation where he screamed at my mother in her face including multiple profanities and called her a liar. This was after he recruited his coaches to listen to her private conversations she was having about very real corruption that exists in this club that my family has experienced first hand. I have never been more appalled and disgusted at the behavior of an adult man who runs an establishment that is supposed to make young girls and boys feel safe and supported. Coaches that I trusted stood by with knowledge of this behavior and continue to do nothing. I'm very sad to say Elevation is no longer part of my home.

Horrendous experience with the director of football, Carlos. I had emailed him after receiving a…read moreblast email in reference to fittings and orders for gear (meaning payment) which was surprising as this was during a time that the season was questionable because of COVID19. So I emailed Carlos asking these necessary questions...little did Carlos know that my son worked really hard doing odd jobs around town to earn money to help contribute towards the costs of his football gear; this was my son's wish; his father & I did not ask him to help and it would not be fair to my son to help pay for gear IF a season is still questionable. After a few emails were exchanged with Carlos; I was shocked to then receive an email notification that my son had been unregistered from the football program and informing me I would revive a refund for the early bird registration fee I had paid. This is not only bad business but VERY unprofessional. Carlos punishes my son because I asked appropriate questions relating to the season and the cost of gear. However; I believe this happened for a reason...I do not want my son learning ethics from a person representing Raptors that treats "customers" this way. Ultimately; Raptors is not the only football organization in CR so be cautious of working with this organization for football!
