Stadium 29/30. I…read moreLOVED Coors Field. We caught a day game on Sunday vs the Giants. Cheap tickets, cheap parking right down the street. EVERY single person we interacted with was awesome! The vendors, the ushers, everyone! I loved the vibe of the place. They have a designated driver booth where you can get a free soda/water. They have a "First time visitor to Coors Field" booth where you can get a little certificate printed out with your name on it. They have Rocky Mountain Oysters! (I had never had them, and knew I had to try them.) They give you about 6 in an order, with fries. My son had no idea what they were, and mowed down 4 of the 6 before I googled what they were for him lol. He made a weird face, but he really liked them. I thought they were ok. Like a chewy sliced sausage. Wouldn't get them again, but I'm glad I tried them. All concessions were reasonably priced! Got to see a bunch of HRS, and the Rockies came back to win the game on a HR in the 8th. I really enjoyed my time here and it's one of my favorite baseball stadiums I have been to. Must do if you are in Denver during baseball season!

Bike Park review:…read more Not many parks are big enough for a dirt bike area but thankfully Bayou Gulch is! There are 3 bike areas, beginner, intermediate and advanced. All 3 have obstacles, hills, bridges etc. Kids of all ages and adults could spend many an hour here. I would highly recommend. Negative: there are almost no trees, so in the summer it would be super hot. Notes: the bike park is not in the same area as the playground and baseball fields (I got lost) so double check directions if you haven't gone before. There is a covered table area and a port a potty at the parking lot area. The bike trails are a short walk from the parking lot. Dogs are allowed just leashed at all times.

I come across this park on several occasions since it intersects with multiple biking trails,…read morenamely that of the Highline Canal Trail. This large park hosts many features such as a tons of green space partially covered with large trees and picnic benches. This park also has a Rec Center that has a pool and other sports courts. It conveniently is located at the corner of E Dartmouth Ave and S Colorado Blvd in the University Hills neighborhood of Southeast Denver. Eisenhower Park is named for first lady Mamie Doud Eisenhower, whose family migrated from Iowa to Denver for the health of Mamie's sister. This is a very nice park to visit when in the area.
