I complained, but she said, "We don't do that here." And I had to go home and shave my own neck, and also get the spots that she missed on my face. I felt scammed because I paid $60 for it and she took a whole hour so I would expect that for all that time and money I would get a nice smooth face and neck. But I was wrong. When I complained to the owner he just told me that I am banned from the shop now and said they don't give refunds even though on their official website they have a "Service Guarantee" that if you are not completely satisfied with the service they will make it right.

Without disappointment, he received the hair out he requested and looking forward to returning. I am very faithful to the people that give me and others, great service.
