Such a fun little shop located off of Blanco, near Hildebrand. They have a unique assortment of clothing, jewelry, furniture. Some of the items are antique and others are contemporary, but they are all curated and presented beautifully in little spaces. I love wandering around and seeing what they have put together. Right now, they have Fiesta medals, and fiesta items. But they change some of their inventory depending on the season or events happening. Seriously the best customer service! Right now they're temporarily closed to the public but they've been doing live sales through facebook and Instagram on fridays and Saturdays at 1:30pm (ig) and 2:30pm(fb) Seriously the best place to get gifts and necessities like face masks. Since the onset of covid, they quickly pivoted their business model to online and live sales on insta/fbook. By far the best most personal customer service. If you're looking for something in particular or if they run out of stock they will do their best to find more or something similar. Bought two vintage looking lanterns from here, got home and they still had stickers on the bottom from TJ Max for 1/3 of the price!! Completely dishonest business standards and if I could give them 0 stars I would. I went back to return them and the owner claimed someone must have put them there because they're "from Mexico" and would not accept a return. I filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and advise no one to shop there. The owner is very rude. read more

I spent 120.00+ in their store August 13, 2022. In the purchase I bought two pair of children's Huaraches at 27.50 each. It was hard to make the selection because they are marked in sizes for Mexico purchases not US sizes. One of the clerks basically said all they have was already on display. Ok bought a size 2 little white dress and needed the shoes and the clerks assured me that they would fit a two year old girl. Well, the pair did not fit. I went back today to get a refund on the smaller of the two pairs that I purchased and walked in with the shoes in their store bag and right away the clerks told me that all sales are final before I could tell him why I was there. He also said MY online receipt said that. I slammed the shoes on the counter and demanded my refund. His attitude and the other clerk told me to leave the store. I walked out the store only to go back to retrieve the shoes and as I walked back, he told me to leave the store or that he'd call the police. I went in and he claimed I threw the shoes at hi. Funny, cause they were still on the counter where I put them. He also said it's posted all over the store that there are no refunds and that all sales were final. He had to look inside the little square where they sit and ripped one sign where no one could see it to show it to me. He claims he told me when I bought all that stuff that all sales were final. I would never have purchased a thing from them if that were the case. They yelled at me to get out in front of about two other customers that were in there. They slurred profanities at me and told me to cut the split ends off of my long gray hair. I refrained commenting on their wonderfully painted nails and left. Do not go there as they act like they are doing you a favor by letting you overpay for items I found from Mexico way cheaper on the internet. They do not even have a public bathroom for their customers! THEY DESERVE A MINUS STAR! PS, excuse the typos as this review makes you erase everything you write to go back to correct the typo. read more

Unique and fun Gifts especially for Fiesta

I have been wanting to visit since alot of the antiques on craigslist mention Karolina as the location. So, several of us visited and split up after entering. One brother working in the shop is very helpful and knows how to take care of you. The other seemed frustrated, very rude when asked questions pertaining to a sign about a small discount ... he stated, "they do not have to bring it to your attention or give you correct explanation on an issue that the customer does not understand clearly". I was buying items totaling over $400.00; but when our friends were treated rudely... I walked away empty handed. The cost of rudeness. read more

Extremely rude and insulting. I spoke with them on the phone looking for a specific item and was spoken in a rude tone and then hung up one. Upon realizing the other antique store I planned on visiting was across the street from them, I figured I would give them a second chance. I parked in front of their store and went across the street to get the item I had on hold first. I then planned on visiting their shop second. I was half way across the street when the owner YELLED at me (in a rude tone again) that I couldn't park there and that it was for customers only. I explained that I would be visiting them momentarily and he begrudgingly agreed. I went and purchased my item, then put it in my car before coming inside their store. When I walked in they had obvioulsy been watching me go to my car and were trying to act like they hadn't been. One owner asked me "Hi, how are you today?" To which I replied out of frustration "I would be better if you had been a little less rude to me." At this point one crossed his arms, the other put his hands on his hips and they both started telling me "You need to leave." and "Get out of our store". I agreed to leave and asked that they just take a moment to consider the way they were speaking to a customer. Their response was that I am "entitled" and think I can "park wherever" I want and "do whatever" I want. They told me they have been in business 10 years and have won best antique store a few times. The owner proceeded to tell me that he was completely aware of how he was speaking to me and was totally ok with it. They took a picture of my car, which makes me extremely uncomfortable. I was very disappointed with their behavior and lack of professionalism as a whole. On the other hand, the antique store across the street was phenomenal and their customer service was amazing! When I called about an item I was looking for the took pictures of the item and texted it to me, so I could be sure it was worth the drive. Very considerate! read more
