I read a bunch of reviews about this Mister Car Wash location and almost didn't go but my in laws use this location exclusively and haven't had any issues. My car was in dire need of a wash and interior clean while visiting them so I thought I would give it a chance despite so many negative reviews. I'm glad I did! I will say- you get what you pay for. My expectations weren't super high, but you can see the before and after pictures for yourself. The staff was very friendly, polite, and professional. When I pulled into the full service bay I was asked if there was a specific area of the interio I wanted focused on and before I left they had me look over the cat to make sure it was to my liking. Was it perfect? No, but for me not having to do it and for the price I think it was a great job and value. read more

I am an unlimited customer, but needed the inside of my truck cleaned so I paid an additional $20.00 to have it cleaned and the floor mats vacuumed and washed. We live on gravel roads so it can get pretty dirty. Well, my first surprise was on how quickly it they were done cleaning it! My second surprise was after seeing what a poor job they did cleaning the interior of my truck! After I got home I spent an hour cleaning the interior myself and at 72 I'm no spring chicken. Needless to say, I will not be going back there and I won't be buying their unlimited car washes anymore either. They're not saving me anything if I have to go home and do the job myself. read more

I needed my truck clean for an upcoming trip. I didn't have time to do it myself, so I choose a Platinum Wash, inside and out. The interior is very good. The exterior...not so much. I'm used to the kid hand spraying the front of the truck when I pull into the automated washer. Not this time. When I got home, I checked the truck over. Chromebook wheels are half clean. Chrome running boards...same as the wheels. Pretty poor for a $50 bill! read more

41st st. Carwash - I spent nearly $50 to have my vehicle washed & cleaned inside. I won't be back. Kwik Trip washes are as good & I could vacuum better with one eye closed. Employees weren't receptive to redoing obvious debri removal. They only care about being speedy. Live & learn! read more

Very expensive. $16 for middle of three option just for a car wash with fancy colored soaps . Once getting home and looking over the wash the roof on my Jeep was never much washed . I do have a roof rack but this was very disappointing for the price . Not looking to return . read more

If there was a no star this place would get it. We paid the premium price and the side doors still had candy in them and candy wrappers and other debris on the floor. Cup holders not touched and sand still on the floor and under mats sand in corners as well as every corner. I will never ever go to this place again. It was a joke. They need to teach workers how to clean the inside of the car, which we paid for.plus extra for mats also not clean with food particles in the cracks, in the front. We will not bother going to Mr. Car Wash!!! read more

I have gone to the Rochester, MN car wash on 41st ever since they opened. I find that the people are friendly and work hard. I do have a complaint though. In the past, when I first would take the car into the wash, the employee would spray the car with bug spray and then use a long handle brush to scrub off dead bugs. I have noticed the last few times I have gone through the wash, they no longer use the brush to clean off the bugs. Because of that, there are always bugs still on my windshield. When I am paying $52.00 for a wash, I expect my windshields to be bug free. I talked with the person who takes the money and he told me that the company took away the brush. He said the reason is that it was taking the inside car wash person, too long to clean off the cars and there would be cars lined up. This is quite frustrating to hear. When I am paying for a job, I expect it to be done correctly. Whoever made this corporate decision wasn't thinking clearly. You will be losing customers if this isn't resolved. I will give your company one more month and then I will no longer use your company. I am also posting this on social media. I have no complaints with the people who work at this car wash. I DO have complaints with the company. read more

By far the worst run car wash I've ever been to. Had to wait in a line of six cars after automated wash for detailing. Waited for at least 25 mins. It took another 20 mins for the crew to vacuum and wipe down car. They were the slowest moving people I've ever seen working at a car wash. Staff were standing around talking and joking with other staff while people were waiting both inside and out. VERY poorly managed. Would give zero stars if possible read more

I will never go back. After $35, it took all of 3 minutes for them to "clean" the interior of my vehicle. Nothing was vacuumed or wiped down, the only thing that was cleaned was the front window. Extremely disappointing. read more

Horrible. I only have used them twice, and both times my Chevy Equinox got scratches. The first time I spoke with the manager and they agreed to buff them out. It was a bit of a hassle going through all the paperwork, but great customer service. I went again today..and scratches again. I should have learned the first time. Not worth the hassle calling again to get them buffet out. Just don't go unless you want your car all scratched up!!! read more

Took my car to get its first wash after purchasing it. Got scratches on my hood and also on the side of my car. These car washes are clearly not well maintained if they are causing damage to cars. Unbelievable. read more

If I could give 0 stars I would. I went in yesterday 3/25/23 for an interior and exterior wash. Exterior wash was a breeze but the interior clean?? Awful. I got there a little after 5pm went through the ext wash and proceeded to get my interior cleaned and sat outside while waiting for the cars before me to get cleaned but after waiting 15 min already they proceed to open the stall next to me and let the 4runner and very large truck in that had only been waiting for 5 min. The manager then comes over and ensures me that they're "Just letting them inside but that I WILL be done before them." Then I continue to sit outside the building while they start to clean the cars that were there after me. They proceed to finish the 4 runner before I can even get into the building (extremely frustrating). Once I FINALLY get inside, I sit inside for 10 minutes and they tell me my car is done but at this point I am so upset that I want to leave before I flip out. But seconds after they tell me that my car is done they tell the truck that they spent 30 min on is done. I am so upset at this point that i paid all of this money to only get my dash, windows, and floor mats wiped down. Meanwhile, my cargo area is still a mess, none of my floors were vacuumed at all. Wish I would have listened to reviews on here. This was my first time and last time using a Mister Carwash. I paid for a full service (interior and exterior clean.) I was told they would clean my windows, wipe down interior, and vacuum. ($24) As far as the exterior carwash- that was just fine. After I went through I pulled around to the garage for the interior cleaning. I handed over my keys and headed to the waiting room. I was shocked when no more than two minutes later I was told my car was ready. Well once I stepped inside it was quite obvious that nothing had been done inside. No vacuum. No wipe down of interior. No clean windows. Literally. I don't know what they did for those two minutes. Now, I will say I wasn't expecting much being it was only $24, BUT, I was NOT expecting to leave there and have to spend MORE money at a gas station in order to use their vacuum to clean the interior myself. If I would've known that I would have just paid for a $7 carwash at KwikTrip and done the whole thing myself. I, for one, will not be back. read more

Horrible job. I took a gamble and paid for the top tier car wash and completely regretted that after I went through. Water spots all over the entire truck, mirrors still dirty, and the "tire shine" left all my chrome rims cloudy. Had to go home and re-wash my entire truck. read more

I only did the automatic exterior wash. After a long road trip, my car was filthy and had tons of bugs stuck to it. They spent extra time scrubbing off the muck before sending my car through the wash. My car looked great afterwards, and I am very pleased with the service. read more

Been having oil changed there since they opened and after my mechanic told me my front end parts were wore out from not being greased I had to replace them all. I looked on past slips and they had put sealed (no grease zirks) on them. Apparently they don't bother to look for them! Carwash is fair at best. read more

I have been going here for a couple of years now and it has been pretty average service till today. This was a very poor experience. Everything started great, it want until the mechanics though I could no longer see my car, then things went sideways. Their lube and check services that were paid for and checked off as 'checked-ok' on the bill were not preformed. They didn't check the air filter or the tire pressure. But the bill would say differently. They didn't even pretend to check or fill the other fluids in the vehicle. Getting back into the car they left oil on the drivers door and the steering wheel. And now for the petty stuff... they didn't bother to reset the gauge after the service. It's a small detail but for 120$ it is expected. And the inside of the car had a brand new smell, and not a pleasant one. By the time I had gotten through the car wash (which they tried to charge me for again, and didn't do anything but get the dirt on the car wet) it was too late and I had to go back to work. Sad, I like this place, but probably won't go back now. read more

I took ot back twice to get the inside done and they did a terrible job both times. The first time I didn't understand the pricing so I went back and paid more. The first time was $30 for a full service but was confused. I should have gotten the $35 but didn't see rhat price, my mistake. So I went right back and paid the other $5 for a more though cleaning inside the car. The first time around nothing looked clean on the inside and the second time a little better but certainly not clean as expected. Side trays still dirty. Placements had gunk on it in the back. This place has really gone down hill since I used it last. They gave me a free full service to return but I have my doubts if I will. Maybe a different crew on a different day. read more

Went for oil change today . Left my oil cap off and only noticed when couldn't get hood shut. Oil splatter over motor,broke oil cap,chipped off paint where cap was when hood was slammed shut . Told them that was unacceptable said they were sorry and hurried me out the door . Anyone know who owns this place? Would have been same issue as picture posted if I would have drove away! read more

We used to go here often and was always happy with the exterior and interior cleaning. Most recently, the quality has gone drastically down hill. The exterior regular wash is still fine but we bought a full detail this spring and they didn't wipe all the wax off. At our most recent visit we purchased a $35-ish service and unfortunately the vacuum job was horrible, required us to go vacuum it ourselves at a different place. I was disappointed, I am an unlimited member, another unlimited member recommended here for an interior clean. She said they did a great job, conditioned her leather seats and everything and it was "like new" when they were done. When I pulled up for my wash I said I wanted to add on interior cleaning. I was asked if I wanted the best clean or the basic. She said that the best clean included everything so I said that's what I wanted. Very surprised that it was only $12 for a full interior clean, but was told that yes, this included everything and the cost was $12. When I got back in my car, I could tell that the seats did not look clean, nor did my steering wheel or interior of the doors. They appeared not to have even been touched. I would have gladly paid more for a truly full interior clean. Now I have to go to the store and buy my own cleaning supplies to finish the job myself. Pretty disappointed. read more
