I am a Platinum member of the Rochester MN locations. It amazes me on how poorly they are run. Sitting outside the cleaning area. They have 2 bays open, 4 cars inside and 2 people wiping down and vacuuming cars. It is 82 outside and as usual they are poorly understaffed. I come here once a month but I just went in this week and my car did not look clean. $14 for a 10 sec car wash, it just went by so fast. Literally the machines threw soap in my car and washed it off. My right rear view mirror was moved to the side and I never had that happen before. The drying portion at the end also doesn't dry off my car properly. The vacuums could be stronger and I wish they had different sizes available. This was my last time coming here and I'll head somewhere else next time. read more

I was happy with my car wash membership for the first year or so, but it has gone SERIOUSLY downhill recently! First of all, their sign saying "we will remove as much ice as possible in the time allotted" is completely false - it should say that "we will remove as much as we feel like"! I've seen them spend 30-60 extra seconds when there was a line, but other times nothing when there's no line. Last weekend I went to get a wash, hoping to get off the slushy ice that was blocking my sensors, but they did nothing when i was the only one there. I went through a second time and asked for them to do it - the girl said "I'll do what I can", turned on the conveyer belt instantly, and sprayed my car for maybe 10 seconds! I had to get out of the car and kick it off (it came off easily), and I was wearing a dress and heals! A few days I drove to get a wash to discover it closed at 8:15am - it's supposed to open at 7:30. I've also noticed that the drying has been turned down - last winter it pretty close to completely dried my minivan, but I noticed this winter that my doors freeze shut after a wash. Now it's been turned down more - today it left so much water that it froze over my sensors so that they didn't work, covered my side mirrors complete so that I couldn't see out of them, and froze my sliding doors so that I couldn't open them at all!! I had to put other seats down to get my dog out of the vehicle - glad I didn't have little kids stuck in the car!! I'm cancelling my membership! Get it together, Mister Car Wash! Update - went to cancel, but their site won't do it! It loads for a bit like it's doing it, but then the same page just comes back up, with no confirmation email - and when I look back my membership is still active! Time to contact my credit card company to stop the recurring charge on my card!! read more

This Mister car wash was one of the worst I have been to. It would have been given a 1/2 star if possible. Friendly worker at the pay station but the lower part of my car and the back end was still dirty. All of the vacuums were clogged up. I spoke with them about the issues and no real response. I went in, put my car in neutral. Somehow I still bumped into the car in front of me!! The guy who got bumped into was being super neurotic about potential damages (sigh) and the car wash people were not helping at all. They didn't even come talk to me. And it didn't even wash my car!! STAY AWAY!!!!! read more

We have used Mr. CarWash in Rochester Mn. for the past few years and have been very happy with the service. September 12th my husband had the car washed at the crossroads location. He came home and I took the car to pick up a friend for lunch at another friends HOME. I was not in a parking lot or near another car. When we came out I noticed three streaks on the car. I rubbed on the top one and it was residue which came off but there are two scratches, one down to the metal, and a smaller one below it. My husband went out to Mr. Car Wash and they referred him to the district manager, Jesse Nelsen, at the 41st Street location. He said he has paid out a lot of money for car damages which should tell you something. Things got heated after my husband said he knew a lot of people and would not reccomend Mr. Car Wash to anyone. He told my husband to get out. The estimate to have the door fixed is $750 which will be out of our pocket. SO CONSUMER BEWARE, if they damage your car you are on your own! I ALSO WANT TO MAKE CLEAR THE EMPLOYEES HAVE ALWAYS BEEN PLEASANT AND HELPFUL, EVEN THE MANAGER AT THE CROSSROADS LOCATION OFFERED TO SUBMIT A CLAIM FOR US WHICH NO BIG SURPRISE WAS DENIED. read more

Would have given one star but the vacuums were nice. My tires we all covered in slime/soap and I needed to rewash those when I got home.
