The tech came out, popped in batteries that I already owned, and left -- and somehow they still charged me $125 for that "repair." Then they fined me another $500 for a "failed fire inspection." The notice they gave me clearly stated that if no one was home, they would enter the unit -- I was at work and expecting them to do exactly that. They chose not to, and still billed me. When it came time to move out, I had hired a professional cleaning service, yet they still charged me for multiple "cleaning issues" that weren't even real. But the craziest charge of all? They billed me $100 for a brown folder. Yes -- the same $1 brown folder they handed me my move-in packet in, claiming I was "supposed to return it." This company is predatory, unprofessional, and operates like a scam. They nickel-and-dime tenants with made-up charges and take zero accountability for their own mistakes. If you value honesty, transparency, or even basic fairness, avoid them at all costs.
