Being a tenant of an apartment since 2016, i feel compelled to write a glowing review about the management company, particularly for the landlord/management in charge of my apartment unit, Mark Fleysher. It's It's not every day you come across someone in property management who truly embodies both professionalism and compassion, but Mark is exactly that kind of person. From the start, he handled a difficult situation with fairness, and integrity. When I needed help navigating a complicated lease situation, he not only listened to my side but offered clear guidance on how to resolve it. He gave me the exact steps to take, supported me through the process, and--most remarkably--showed up to court in person to vouch for me. That kind of follow-through speaks volumes about his character. Needless to say, I got the results I wanted in court. Mark is a no non-sense kind of landlord who will work with you if you're dealing with legitimate hardship, but he's also not afraid to do what needs to be done when someone isn't holding up their end. He handles difficult situations without judgment, guided by facts, fairness, and a strong sense of responsibility. We tried to get a hold of someone from the Deluxe Realty but it was a mission impossible and I'm starting questioning why so many good reviews since they don't have a receptionist to answer the phone? We called three times and every time was someone from an answering service and like robots (cold voices) were asking the same three questions. 1) give me your name and last name 2) give me your email address & 3) give me your phone number. And you are wondering what for, since nobody calls you back. Anyway we found some other property management who the owner answer the phone and with a few minutes we transferred our rental house to him. read more

I rarely write reviews, but needed to express my gratitude regarding one of Deluxe Reality's agents. I had the good fortune of "running into" Melissa Boswell while searching for a home to rent in Las Vegas. I sold my home in Vegas in 2021 and moved out of the country. Upon returning to Las Vegas I wished to rent and Melissa was the listing agent for a rental I was interested in seeing. That particular house did not work out, but Melissa spent several hours with me over a three day period looking at potential homes. My understanding is the referral fee for rentals is minimal, but Melissa still went over and above in her commitment to helping me find the perfect place. Including making appointments, corresponding with owners and management companies, and showing me the actual physical properties. She is smart, motivated, and honestly cares about her client's needs. And we did find the perfect place! We found a lovely three bedroom, two bath home in Summerlin. Melissa, I cannot thank you enough for all you hard work and dedication. I'm by no means a professional landlord so I completely rely on Mark. His responsiveness and professionalism make owning a rental unit a pleasure. He is equally good with large problems -- one unit had an unfortunate water leak from the apartment above -- or small problems -- like (sigh!) problems with irrigation, and he is happy to go an extra step in explaining what is going on. For me, the cherry on top was tax season, when the numbers I got from Mark in the annual summary he sent me matched the numbers reported to the IRS, so for once -- unlike our previous management company -- it was easy to get the income and expenses into TurboTax. read more

Never would we imagine we would have been surrounded by such amazing people while looking for a home. We ran across Deluxe Reality while searching for a home, from the application process to moving in and beyond the team has been absolutely amazing. We started out talking to Melissa Boswell. Wow, is she amazing! She opened her arms and was externally thoughtful and helpful. Living out of state she instantly went to the houses and showed us around with no hesitation. She kept us laughing during the process and she became an instant friend and family member in our eyes. She was knowledgeable, polite, funny and sweet and would bend over backwards You can tell she is extremely dedicated and passionate. We also had been in contact with Indica Lozada. She always answered, helped and resolved anything we may have needed during our move in process and was extremely helpful. The entire team at Deluxe Reality has been nothing but a positive experience. We look at each and every person we have encountered as extended family as they are there for you. I am I'm aviation and my schedule is extremely caiotic but that did not stop them from going out of their way to work around by bust schedule and my time. This property management company has turned itself around recently with new staff and vastly improved level of customer service. Our garage door broke on Monday at 9am, trapping our cars in the garage. Indica Lozada of Deluxe Realty called a contractor immediately and sought approval from the house owner to repair the door. Deluxe Realty is the best A+++ I recommend to all my friends.

I would not say this company was great what so ever. Please beware before you place your hefty deposit down. I moved into an 2 bedroom that was not up to date-old stove, nasty cabinets, loud dryer. Plus roaches!! After I moved I cleaned very well. Deluxe Reality took over 600$ of my 1425$ deposit. Stating there was a hole that needed patching. I simply emailed Mark F, and asked for a picture of the hole that was patched, there was no response to my email, I have emailed 2 more times, and will probably will not receive a response. I was charged an extra 250$ on top of another 400$ I have not heard a word or seen a picture of a hole, that's just a easy way to take renters money!! I only stayed there 1yr & 4 months. I can't really. I would not recommend this company at all to anyone. read more

If there was an example of a property management company that did do well by their clients I would say it was this company. What a joke. I was referred to them and that is the only reason I worked with them in the first place. Poor communication, lack of professionalism, and just plain rude. I have never been so humiliated in my life by a company. Claimed to be able to rent my place fast! It's a renters market and not a peep. Was never update on visits, repairs or anything. I have been renting a private home from deluxe realty now for five years During those five years any problems that were minor or major all it took was one call to Allah and it was immediately addressed and repaired an expedited the most speediest way possible I cannot recommend deluxe realty enough Last night my AC went out at 9 at night I called them and they called me back within minutes at 9 p.m. at night and had somebody here at my house to fix it at 8 in the morning again all it took was one phone call to Allah never had to call for any situation more than once... These guys are awesome! I literally moved to Vegas last year thinking I had a place, only to find out I didn't once I arrived. I found a house that Sellstate had for rent on Wednesday and these guys jumped through hoops to get me qualified with keys in my hands by that Friday. 2 days!!!
