Eyebrow threading : they do a really good job! I dont live in hayward anymore but I still come here for my eye brows because they do such a good job and are a good price. If you just getting a clean up of your eyebrows, then yeah for $5 its alright. but i would not recommend this place for a full face threading or reshaping. They dont even know how to thread properly. If you show them that you still have hair left they would tell you its done. for $23 full face threading, i would not go there again. read more

I recently came here Friday and I walked out pleased, I asked her not to make my eyebrows too thin and my eyebrows came out perfect. They have a few different ladies that do threading here but I do have my preference. I don't know her name but I've been going to her for over a year. She's the older women that's normally there all the time; she's AMAZING! I moved out of the area and this place is the ONLY place I know that won't disappoint me. Love this place for my eyebrows. They all do a great job, but Pawan is my girl! The price is awesome too, $5! Been coming here for a few years now. Made a mistake by going to some other lady at a hair salon because I was in a rush and she made it super thin. Came to Pawan and she told me she'll clean it, but leave a little hair each time so my eyebrows can be thick again. In no time my eyebrows were back to looking normal and nice! I would recommend going to the same lady at Kash Fabrics out of the 3 or 4 cus they'll know exactly how you want your eyebrows each time. read more

I usually go to another place for threading, but a close friend told me to try this one. I went in, and was greeted by a beautiful, friendly and sweet young lady. She then took me to the threading bar, which was very clean, modern, and spacious. The lady who did my eye brows asked me what I would like as my shape. I knew my eye brows were uneven due to other people doing my eyebrows, but this lady shaped them perfectly. She even told me where to let hair grow in, until when I come back, Again, friendly staff, and beautiful fabric store with real eye brow threading artists! If you want nice garments with rude service then Kash fabric is the place to be! Dont get me wrong they got fabulous garments but their service to customers...ALLL they care is if you are going to spend money...After they see $$$ ON YOU then you will see their great service! I went into their store to buy garments and they were being rude not only to me but to other customers. Which is not very professional. If you want customers to keep coming you have to always provide great service. . I shopp at the finest boutiques and because of their amazing service and I keep going back. But them being in a not safe area, dirt parking, next to a thrift store..thinking they might have down to earth service... .NOPE! So yes great garments but RUDE! read more

$5 for Threading = $5 worth of service which really means 0. I walked in having never been there before. I see a fabrics, customers, people behind the counter, fine. Kept walking hoping that the threading doesn't happen anywhere in the fabric store. Spotted a case opening... yay this was it. Quite a crowd of people sat everywhere. Looked around for a list...nothing. So I finally spoke up and asked anyone who would respond...is there a wait list somewhere? Finally someone spoke up & said no just whoever comes in first. Ok. no problem. Stood there, couldn't tell who was waiting or if friends were waiting for friends. The ONE threader never said anything to me. So I just left. No employee ever spoke to me on the way in or out. Never knew who worked there or anything. Even the $5 is not worth it for me esp. not knowing how long i'll be waiting. So no I don't recommend this place at all. read more

Bought an overpriced outfit since I needed something last minute along with a jewelry set. I really liked the design and color of the outfit, albeit it was low quality. After I helped my friend, the bride, get ready for her special day, I put my outfit on. Later upon arrival at the ceremony--my long back zipper is undone and broken. As with Indian clothes, its good to carry safety pins to secure dupattas etc-- I was saved by others pinning my blouses back together into a mangled mash of fabric :( IF the dupatta was heavy and decorated, it may have covered up some of the unsightly fabric but No, it was a plain net material so everyone can see through. I was in front of the whole gathering which made it worse. Thinking I paid a lot for assumingly high quality material--I was duped--embarassed by a flaw that the owner could have looked over before completing the purchase. Took item back to get it stitched with very little remorse from owner. Not shopping here again when there are plenty other quality businesses. read more
