There was never any pressure - not even on the day I did a test drive. He understood I had other brands I wanted to rule out before making my decision. Dustin also didn't play games which I appreciated the most. I've bought about 16 cars over the years, and I've met some annoying and arrogant sales people. Dustin is one of the best, and he seems like he's just a nice guy This week I decided I would pull the trigger. He got my paperwork started via text so that I didn't have to wait a long time when I got to town. He helped me learn the features of my new car and sent me on my way. It was super easy. When I reached out I was told by Matt, a manager, that was considered blemishes and normal wear and tear. $2500 is not a blemish, that is a collision. I thought buying from a reputable dealership would take the worry out of car buying. I would not recommend this dealership even though I was recommended by two former customers.

For context, after purchasing a used Audi from Carvana, I brought the vehicle to the Parker Audi facility to be inspected and fix a defect (cracked headlight, resulting in full headlamp replacement) undisclosed by Carvana. Although I was told upon the car's delivery the defect would be covered, neither Carvana nor the warranty company would take responsibility for the fix when I spoke to them, claiming it was a cosmetic concern. Long story short, following around a week of acquiring parts and discussion with the warranty company (on Michael's part), mechanics were able to finalize fixes, with all the repairs, including a new OEM headlamp, covered by my warranty company. Thank you so much Michael for going through all the trouble for a first-time customer, and thanks to the whole Parker Audi team for making my experience (as well as my ride) as smooth as possible!
