Lost confidence completely. Felt pressured, dismissed, misled, and unsupported. Sad, terrible, rude, the list goes on. The only person that had sense was Amira. I updated my phone number only for them to lie and say that I didn't. I have emails to show proof. They didn't care about a kid being bitten by a vicious pit bull. Kristi doesn't care about any of it. She tried talking to me like I was a kid. No ma'am! Wrong one. Spoke with me about another dog bite case. That was none of my business. No quality. unprofessional, high turnover rate of employee. I do not see how she won anything. She came highly recommended, which makes the experience even more disappointing. read more

The absolute worst experience. Referred by another law firm, Kristina accepted my case for personal injury due to a very negligent 18 wheeler. For 4 months, Kristina refused my phone calls, never responded to emails, and demonstrated highly unprofessional, unethical, and unconscionable dishonesty. For example, when I sent an email stating my intention to revoke the contract, due to complicit disregard for my case, her paralegal sent an email saying Kristina was finally filing my case. IT NEVER HAPPENED. How could she? She'd never spoken to me! It was a blatant lie which prolonged my case as well as my severe pain and suffering. Kristina breached the contract almost immediately; her paralegal illegally obtained my VA medical records and then refused to return them to me. If you're seeking competent, honest, professional representation, Kristina Kastl has proven to be a complete failure. I have emails to substantiate what I've written in this review. My opinion is clearly freedom of speech and is directly correlated to my nightmare of experience. Feel free to contact me for proof substantiating my statements. read more

Well, I have hope in humanity again! Krissi called me back within seconds of leaving a message for her firm concerning my auto accident. My weekend just got 100x better because she reassured me justice will prevail! First time I've had hope in months that my case even though minor to most, will be resolved. I have been trying for months to get Fred Loya to pay for my medical bills due to their client rear ending me. Fred Loya has been nasty, condescending, and down right rude from the first moment I spoke with them. Brace yourself for a lawsuit if you use FL. They are dirty sharks! I've contacted several law firms in the DFW area and none want to take my piddly little case until now. So thankful Kastl Law cares for the little minor people who work hard to make an honest living (I'm a first responder) and can't afford to be blindsided by expenses from an accident that wasn't my fault. read more

Krisi Kastle is unprofessional in several ways as well as her staff. I attempted to discuss with Kastle of several discrepancies in my settlement pertaining to double billed by Kastle and Witherite for obtaining medical bills on my behalf regarding the case. For the last 2 plus years, I had to call her office each week for an update and walked away with less than what was obtained. Kastle office was given contact information from me to call and retrieve bills and on each call Kastsle staff stated they were unable to reach anyone to retrieve bills after speaking to the staff at the hospital they informed me they have not received and requested which they were to file to obtain medical records. Mainly she claimed 40% of the lawsuit and I never signed a contract to agree to file a suit against the insurance company. There was no trial to even receive 40% of the settlement. Threat to keep the check and take more fees until I informed Kastle I never agreed to a trial and will hire an attorney and file suit for unprofessionalism etc... She then informed me, "Take the check get the hell out of her office". My brother advises ma'am she is not being unruly and you are being unprofessional. She replied, "I should speak to her that way but I am sick and she is not listening". I very calmly walked out the door not saying a word and then she yells next time be on time. I replied, I owe you nothing and to stop yelling. I remained calm due to I knew her angle was to bully me and cry as if I victimized her and attempted to cause me to respond with aggression based on my race. read more

I was eager to get going with an attorney and you were the first to respond and say that you could help whereas other attorneys were hesitant to work in Euless but open and waiting for my response. So I wanted to connect with you because you were first and because time is of the essence. I think I spoke with someone at your office twice and the second time she took detailed information and said she was going to call each of the cities and get back to me and then when I didn't hear back I called and followed up and no one ever called back. I used the Yelp feature where it's going to send it out to other providers as well but I specifically requested it from you first. So to accept online and then to go further and have a conversation with me and then not return my calls, not only leaves me waiting but it also leaves the other attorneys waiting because I'm not sure what's going on if you're taking it or not. And since you haven't even called me back since Tuesday and it's now Friday I'm not really sure what your argument is. Hence this review. They responded and said that they were happy to help me and then when I gave them information that was in the original inquiry about the two cities I have expired registration tickets out of they never got back to me even though I left several messages.

I contacted the firm after receiving an unfavorable Social Security disability decision and was…read morelooking for help with my appeal. Before anyone took the time to hear my entire situation or review my decision, I was told to contact another attorney. The phone experience also felt very impersonal to me and appeared to be handled through an overseas call center rather than directly through the law office. The firm later called me back and told me they do not take mental-health disability cases. That was especially surprising because Brad Thomas has a public Facebook video in which he says, "these are the questions I ask in a hearing for mental health," and then discusses the questions he asks clients. When I pointed this out to the person from the firm, I was told it "must be an old video." What makes that explanation even more confusing to me is that the firm's current website still provides a Mental Residual Functional Capacity Assessment specifically for documenting how mental-health conditions affect a person's ability to work. I completely understand that a law firm has the right to decide which cases it accepts. My issue is the disconnect between the firm's public educational/marketing material and what I was actually told when I called for help. If the firm no longer represents people whose disability claims are based on mental-health conditions, I believe that should be made very clear. When someone has just been denied disability benefits and is trying to figure out an appeal, they deserve to have their situation heard before being quickly passed somewhere else. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this firm.

The only involvement my husband has was it being his vehicle by title but again my husband had no agreements with the lawyer ..! Instead, the dealings involve my father (dying of incurable cancer), who foolishly lent Sheves $629 to close on a property at closing, money which he did not repay despite kindly requesting it from him. Sheves is discourteous by not answering e-mails and phone calls. He also tries tricking people by providing them false legal information. Fortunately, I know the law better than Sheves does, but the fool thinks he is dealing with the bottom echelons of the socioeconomic ladder. Avoid this law firm and anyone linked to it like the plague. The fact that he does not put his photo on his website tells you he is hiding something. Sheves Delenda Est!

She is a joke. She doesn't really care if it's not in her time she'll never get back with you. Worked with them for months and months and months never met with her. Finally met with her. She wrote me a $750 check and said have a merry Christmas, but I think your case isn't worth my time the way it made me feel but she said the case wasn't going to be able to get anything out of it, which is a joke. It's suing the city of Fort Worth for damages. They have cost me for the past year. If I could give a…read morelower rating it would be in the negatives. *CAUTION, PLEASE READ BEFORE HIRING AN ATTORNEY FROM THIS OR ANY FIRM* Approximately 2 years ago while I was at a complete stop on my motorcycle due to traffic, I was rear-ended by a pickup truck with a lift kit. I was ejected approximately 20 ft from my motorcycle. The pickup truck left the scene. The driver of the pickup truck was later apprehended. I suffered from several herniated disc's and still suffer from really bad neck and back pain. I found Fielding law online and read the reviews. I fell for all of the ads and the "positive" reviews from Fielding Law auto accident attorneys. After hiring from Fielding law I was assigned an attorney "Christina", however I just got off the phone with my attorney who identified herself as "Allison" so now I'm even more confused about who actually represented me and my case. *Must know information.* Approximately 2 years after the accident... The attorney advised me that the insurance company was going to pay out the "max coverage" of $30,000. The Attorney did not argue with the insurance company any further. -The attorney took 33.33% right off the top. =$10,000 -Then took an additional $888.38 for "expenses". (Expenses should've been included in the 33.33%) - Then they subtracted my medical bills. - I was left with the scraps of 8,940.67 and permanent injury to my back and neck. *The scam* One would be left only to believe that for as long as these vultures have been practicing, they would already know what the end result would've been and how much the pay out would be. How is it fair that Fielding law, with all the hype they advertise makes more than the injured client? I would've been better off just filing a claim through insurance company, battled the insurance company myself. I would've been awarded twice if not more than what I got using this Attorney. It is not about the money, it is the principal. It is because of these firms that attorneys are labeled as ambulance chasers, vultures and scammers. Due to my experience I can't argue against any of these descriptors. Coclusion: Based on my experience, I question the reputation of Fielding Law. My account outlines significant, long-term injuries--multiple herniated discs and severe neck/back pain following a high-impact, hit-and-run motorcycle crash--leading to a net settlement that I feel did not adequately reflect the damages or the cost of legal representation. While Fielding Law highlights many 5-star reviews on its website, Google, and Yelp, noting that they often settle cases with "extra money in [the] pocket". It is all a ruse to attract injured vulnerable people and use them to line thier own pockets and serve their own interests.

I hired them for a June 23, 2024 injury case that ultimately required a total left hip replacement on October 14, 2025. In July 2025, I tried to move my case to another firm because I was concerned about how things were being handled. Instead of releasing me, my attorney, Allison Capaul, asked me to stay and promised she would personally manage my case. After that, communication dropped off. My last direct contact with her was December 15, 2025. For nearly two months, I heard only from the paralegal, and even those updates had no real information. Then on February 9, 2026--just months before my statute of limitations expires--Fielding Law suddenly withdrew. Their letter claimed a "difference of opinion on litigation strategy," but the only disagreement was about the value of my injuries after major surgery. I fully cooperated the entire time. I was also never shown any settlement offer from First Chicago Insurance Company. If an offer existed, it was never shared with me. Their late withdrawal has made it much harder to secure new representation before the deadline. I'm sharing this so others know what I experienced with communication, transparency, and timing.

Since the start of your engagement, the following services have been provided: - You have had two phone conferences with the attorney regarding your case. - Our legal assistants have actively worked on your file, including monitoring your progress and following up on the documents requested for your bankruptcy evaluation. - Our customer service team has assisted you during multiple phone calls to address your questions and concerns. The delay in moving your case forward was not due to a lack of service, but rather because several documents uploaded to the portal were corrupted, and some required documents remain missing, which has prevented us from completing the evaluation at this time. At the end of the day I called another Atty and had an evaluation on the call and they did not ask for a dime. I talk to them 3 more times and not once did they ask for money.

This is a TRASH law firm. They took $12,500 from me and the only thing that they succeeded in doing…read morewas to damage my case so badly that I was exposed to a serious countersuit. They did no meaningful work and failed to meet any of their own deadlines, severely worsening my situation. I sued them for my retainer back, and they failed to show up even to defend themselves! They appealed verdicts several times, claiming that they missed deadlines because... get this...they claimed that they don't check their mail regularly! After wasting two and half years and appealing several Court verdicts they were denied further appeals, yet Kunal still refused to return my money. In the end I had to get a Writ of Execution and send Dallas County Constables TO HIS HOUSE WITH ORDERS TO EMPTY IT and sell everything to pay the judgment before this utterly amoral and unethical embarrassment to the legal profession finally paid up. Hiring Kunal or his firm will be the worst mistake that you ever make, see attached photo of the check I finally received last week from Dallas County, which only happened after Kunal had to explain to his wife and children how he screwed over his own client, BEGGING to be allowed to pay in the end rather than have his family's belongings seized and sold.
