You could hit targets across the small field. They also had bounce houses, batting cages, mini golf and more! There was also a fun zone inside filled with games and arcade fun. It seemed like a group of their friends had come over later in the night and the employees allowed them to repeatedly break rules all while simply just walking around and leaving another person to do the work themselves (creating bigger lines and groups of people in the way). When we were finally off a ride, they closed off the entrance but let other people inside. If we created any problems, nobody communicated that with us which is very sad because even us younger people recognized the unfair treatment and correct way to approach it. We didn't talk loudly like other people in front of us who were older and yelling to each other, we didn't do things unsafely, and we didn't bother the employees from the start. We stopped jumping for a few seconds when we got in and an employee already came, told us to leave, and then bumped into me as I went back around?? If I had such expectations on others then I'd expect the employees to live by them as well and not treat others differently simply by the way that they look. Paid over $130 . There was just about one employee who was kind enough to explain or listen to others compared to the rest. I know going to every place isn't always going to be the best, but I expected better.

The absolutely ridiculous turf, they stupidly put down in a children's play area.... I cant even! There are these black pellets all over the place "for your comfort and safety" Let me tell you my child's bloody murder screams from the pellet in his eye, that refused to come out, and the over 15 minutes he spent crying in pain on the bathroom floor, to his now probably scratched cornea... safety and comfort are not exactly the words that crossed my mind. There were a lot of swear words that did, however. This definitely ruined my son's fun. I really do not understand the point of this material being added. It is definitely not safe. I will not be back (for the inflatables) for this reason specifically. I would also recommend parents go to other inflatable entertainment facilities we have in the area. The batting cages don't work anymore, either. It just isn't what it was in the 90's or 00's...the owners have apparently just been running the place into the ground over the last 10 years trying to soak every dollar out of it before retiring and selling it off. It has really taken a dive over the last few. It's not worth coming here until new management takes over and revamps everything. There are races here in the summer months that you can spectate, and you can also race around the track yourself in go karts. You can bring your own food and picnic, and there are even camping spots on the grounds if you wanted to spend the night or weekend. I visited to do some ATV driving around the area. The ATV trail goes all around the property and is pretty adventurous at some points! I know for sure I screamed and cussed during my drive. Afterward, I visited the gift shop, which is huge and has all kinds of gifts and racing paraphernalia. It's a great place to find gifts for the racing or car lover in your life.

I think that this is a class for everybody who drives in hazardous conditions; but it is specially good for new drivers. Road America has so much more than car racing. The value paid for the course was worth it. I'd take this class again to keep polishing my winter driving skills. The staff was great. Highly recommended! Tip: You can call your car insurance and have this class applied towards the insurance. Road America provides certificates.

Ian responded with ridiculously long canned text w/way too many emojis and a pushy request to CALL to speak to him all before I had even made it clear I was a real human. Via text I asked for a breakdown of price, tax, title fees, shop fees, etc. Ian made it clear again that "it works better if we talk on the phone" but sent some of the info I requested. Bike price: $8000, Shop "Reconditioning fee": $199, WI sales tax: $440, WI Title Fees were not listed but the total out the door price was "around $9200." Do the math: $1200 over the listed price ... So shady. I have seen this before at other Powersports dealers (Fuel PS, Action PS, and Cedar Creek Motorsports are all owned by the same company) who list a price that is nowhere near the out the door price to get you in the door or on the phone. "Recertification Fees or Reconditioning Fees" that are overpriced fluid changes. Padding the back end of the sale under the vague phrase "tax, title, and fees" to the tune of 15% might be common practice but it's shifty as hell. I thanked Ian via text and ended it with STOP and instead of taking the obvious hint he called (to the same # he had been texting to) and left a message stating that he had provided the info I requested as though now I owed him a phone call for the trouble and insisted I call him. I work in sales and this sort of breathing down your neck, high pressure sales technique is a great way to make good, smart customers never come back. Yuck. No way am I buying from these guys. Read the Yelp reviews! There are LOTS of them with very similar criticisms. 1/2 of the responses from Fuel PS to these reviews state that the person(s) responsible for poor service etc. have been fired...NFW they have fired 25 people over the last five years. I couldn't be more grateful or honored to have been a part of The Pinball Super Series 2021, even if I did not play as well as I hoped. I am shocked there isn't more local interest in this place. I believe that every town should have a "pinball house" like most towns have a bowling alley. This is the gold standard template for such a thing.
