Came to Cherry Lanes tonight and it never disappoints the pinball games were spot on and ready to rock. Air hockey was also present and available for playing as well as a Guitar hero game. It was 5:00 on a Saturday and the place was definitely the place to be plenty of action at all the games like Miss Pac-Man Galaxy pacmania Tron exceed and some sort of police trainer games which included guns thought it was very special to go back in time and enjoy part of the past the cocktails were good but expensive oh and they did have to pool tables along with bowling great place to hang out on a Saturday night five stars the bartender was also excellent read more

The Gutterball drink was really good and not too pricey; though, the air hockey wasn't well maintained (the pucks would lose momentum near the center), and some of the games we tried to play seemed broken with the controls. It would still be a fun place to go especially if you're with a group who enjoys bowling. read more

Arcade is cute. Bowling is an amazing deal. Only issue is that the pins tended to get stuck pretty frequently so we were constantly calling the bartender over to reset them. Loved the drinks. My only complaint is the food options are pretty limited, pretty weak, and definitely overpriced. Think food that can be made in a toaster oven. This place is super cool for something a little different than the usual Door County scene. One of our favorite spots to visit while in town. The bartenders are usually fun & attentive, the darts are ready to be thrown, we haven't bowled here yet, but the arcade is fun to pass the time! My only hesitation with a 5 star review is that there are just too many broken games. They're cheap to play so I don't mind losing a quarter here or there, but dang guys...fix the machines! My partner and I came last year on a busy Friday night and loved it so much we made it our first stop on vacation a year later! This place has so much charm to it! I love the concept and atmosphere so much however, we were kind of disappointed this time around. Service was fast and friendly! Lots of TVs to watch games and a very nice bar! Our drinks were only $3 and Wednesdays are free bowling nights!! We ordered a supreme pizza to share and it was one of the best pizzas I've had in a while! It was huge! The bartender said they make all their pizzas! 100% worth the money! Free bowling was fun but we were disappointed there wasn't any way to keep score? Pencils were provided but no score sheets or paper. We loved several of their games last year and were so excited to play again! Specifically their vintage hockey game is a favorite of ours! Sadly it was broken with pieces missing. Their Air hockey table technically worked...? But had little air flow so the puck stopped, the game doesn't keep track of your score and the puck return is broken so you have to give the loose metal a shake until it falls onto the floor. A few other games we were interested in playing had duct tape over them as well...The arcade definitely needs some TLC but the venue itself is charming, clean and enjoyable!! Overall, of course I would come back again! This place is so cool, so affordable and so unique! Last year this would've been a 5 star rating for me but I felt a bit disappointed this time around. They had a great selection of beer and their pizza was surprisingly very very good! This was recommended by some locals and I can see why. This place was awesome!!!! The vintage vibe is great! It's like a modernized step back in time. Bowling was a blast. They don't have bumpers for kids, but they do have the metal ramps the balls roll down and that worked just fine for our 2 and 3 year old daughters. The bartender was friendly and appreciative of our business. Definitely going to bring our family back next year. The arcade games were also fun - a great mix of old and new selections. We visited this place on a cold, rainy Friday night and oh my, it was so much fun! The drinks were reasonably priced, the staff was delightful, and the ambiance was relaxed and fun. The best were the old arcade games. My hubby especially loved the old Tron and Asteroids games because it reminded him of his childhood. We had fun with the pinball and arcade games as well as the air hockey table. We didn't bowl but checked out the lanes and they were so cute. Obviously it's a small area but it seemed to be enjoyed by all. It's a really cool atmosphere and we saw a lot of couples and families enjoying the space. I love games and this whole Arcade Bar movement. They have a few lanes for bowling (and you have to keep track of your own score, love doing that!), and the other side is one wall of pinball, a wall of arcade games and then in the middle other games like air hockey, pool, and foosball. I didn't have a lot of time to play games, but I did see a couple of games that I've never seen before. One was a 3D version of Pacman where you can jump over the ghosts. That was fun! I didn't drink there, but with getting a quick glance, they had some decent craft beers on tap. The bar area looks like a good place to just to hang out and relax and enjoy a couple of drinks. I'm definitely going to plan a day trip to Sturgeon Bay and make it here again! read more

Had so much fun here! Hubs and I came here on a whim after being out all day sightseeing and whatnot. This place is nostalgia at its best. Came on a late Saturday afternoon and originally just for the bowling. Paid for 1/2 an hr but it seemed like it could have been longer (not complaining). Was informed by the bartender that it was free pool night! Score! Played a couple rounds of pool. The only kinda-complaint I would have is that the farthest pool table is fairly close to the middle high top tables. We kept hitting the ends of our pool sticks on the table tops. It was fairly late when we pulled into Sturgeon Bay on our road trip. As we read through the list of places nearby to go grab a bite, my son immediately began lobbying for Cherry Lanes. What 12-year-old wouldn't want to eat at an arcade/bowling alley?! Long and obvious story short, we ended up at Cherry Lanes Arcade Bar and we had SO MUCH FUN! We bowled, ate pizza, had a couple drinks, and played nostalgia-inducing arcade games. I actually think the adults had as much fun as the kids! The menu is short and simple and good. More important than food, we left with great memories of a really fun night. The staff is also amazing and helpful. If you are a local and the bartenders recognize you you will get really good service. If the bartenders do not recognize you you will have to wait 10 minutes to get a bloody Mary even though no One else is at the bar. The place has a cast of characters, loud screaming children, an arcade, and four bowling lanes. They do have really good natural casing hotdogs. It is an OK place. My only beef is both male and female bartenders were yukking it up while people are waiting for drinks and it appeared that service does not really matter. I so want that place to succeed read more

Twelve of us went into Cherry Lanes to Bowl, eat, and drink- spend money! Many of us were local. While the establishment itself is cool, due to the incredibly rude service by the bartender- we had to leave as not only could we not get waited on, but were met with snippy, "put out" responses. It was apparent that there was no effort to treat us kindly, or with any urgency. My brother in law goes there often but he was the first to say- "let's go!" A few of the games did not work right but we felt there was no way to "bother" the bartender with any of it. We ended up packing up our ball, bags, and shoes and leaving.
