I know I'm old and crotchety, but oh my gosh, it was LOUD. Every game was at peak decibels. It was a Sunday. Packer game day. Not crazy busy. Had to wait a long time for front desk worker to get our card loaded. Complications w/people ahead of us. Poor greeting. No thanking us for our patience. Off to a rough start. Waited for a food server. Then waited even longer for very disgusting, overpriced meals to arrive. Chicken tenders looked like deep fried rat. Dried, shriveled and COLD! Server brought back a much fresher version that at least resembled chicken. Pepperoni flat bread pizza burnt. Burger was greasy, very odd seasoned taste. Lots of cold fries. Games are very pricey. Prize room is impressive but unattainable with high point values. Not coming back. My 20 year old kids were even disappointed...SO it wasn't just cranky old me expecting too much. read more

Just went to this place on 10/21/2021... I am sorry that I didn't take any pics of the food we had or the outside of the building when I first got there. But check out all the pics of the games they have at this place. I saw some negative reviews. I have to say, I like this place and gave them a 5 star rating. And I am a picky person. I saw something negative about the food. Look I was at Chuckie cheese and had what they claim to b pizza. It was not btw. But the food was very good as t this place. Just look at all the menu has to offer. I mean they have very good food. There is a game for anyone at this place. It is huge inside. Check out their website and check out the food they offer at this establishment. The workers in various areas were very helpful if u had a question. Me and two veteran friends were fortunate to go to this place thru Wounded Warrior Project. They had a area just for us where they had food waiting. Food was all well prepared and excellent. It is attached to the mall. So if u want to check it out, do so! There is a large area to order up food and a large bar area as well. Very cool joint and all my friends said they had a great time. DI ally again... about the service and good. Look there are so many people short handed. Chill people! U don't get stuff in 2 seconds. And again, this is very GOOD FOOD. Good food takes time. Crystal the bartender was rude and doesn't know how to make old fashioned properly. when I explained it doesn't taste right see says well that's how they make them in New York. I explained we are in Wisconsin and have continuously made old fashioned when everyone else stopped well before prohibition and I was told I was wrong. read more

Went to Dave and Busters for the first time for food, drinks, and games. Took forever to get our drinks, the food is cold and brought with no napkins or silverware and when asked for them it took another 5 minutes to get them and had to ask for them again. The place is not busy in the slightest and the customer service was very very poor. Sad to have such a bad experience. read more

We came here this past Thursday for dinner and weren't expecting much, but it was very clean considering it's a gaming place the food was very good and the service was good but we where only 1 of 3 or 4 tables there and 1 server. Food came out fast I had the sliders and fries, my daughter had the chicken parm her words where "this is slammin" and my husband had the nachos all where extremely good! Would definitely go to again, all games where working only 1 was down but it looks like it needs a worker to connect you to it but that wasn't a problem for us. We went through about 400 chips in about 2 1/2 hours which was enough for all of us we definitely did not need more. It was 3 adults and 1 16 year old for reference. read more

Worst. Bartenders. Ever. They are waaaaaaaay more concerned with doing "busy" work and talking to coworkers than they are actually being AWARE and EFFICIENT with their bar and customers. Counting as we speak: 4 bartenders, 11 customers at the bar. 13 min before anyone looked at me, then still had to vocally announce I needed a drink. The games were fun but the food/service was terrible at the Greenbay location. We had 12 people in our group and they gave us 1 booth which was too small. A few of us had to ask if some of us could sit at another table across from the rest of the group. It would of been nice to have been seated together as there appeared to be plenty of other space. The service was very slow and the employees seemed uninterested in our experience. Our signature drinks came without garnish and our food came out in 5-10min increments so we didn't get to eat together at the same time. Unfortunately some of us didn't actually get what we ordered. Burgers were mixed up among the group and some of us were brought the wrong thing entirely. My wife who I've never seen send anything back to a kitchen or complain to a manager actually asked for a refund on her meal as it came cold and mushy. My recommendation would be to play the games which are tons of fun, and then go elsewhere for dinner/drinks. read more

Today was my first experience at gb Dave and Busters. Celebrating my nephews birthday. I have to start with this place is great for teens to hangout with friends and also great for families and adults looking to have a great time. The place has so much potential! I am bummed to admit that the service was not great. There was a team lead standing around with her arms crossed watching as the 2 servers were overflowing with tasks. Lead should have jumped in and helped. I felt bad. I also was discouraged by the lack of service. We had to bring our own dishes to the counter as they sat there for so so long and the space was needed. Employee by the name of c.dog was working the prize shop counter, she was extremely outgoing. She made it a positive experience, especially for the birthday boy. Was nice to have a positive, friendly interaction with a staff member of Dave and Busters. Overall, I would recommend. Dont have your standards too high and go in with the mindset of just having some fun with arcade games. I think they are doing the best they can. It's a hard time right now and has been the past year. Burn out and running short staffed is high right now. I saw a lot of laughs and smiles. So that is a win. read more

I came here with a group and we ordered drinks & food. About 20 minutes later the manager comes and checks our ID. We hand him them to him of course, and he accuses them of being fake (they are not). Says we can hand them back or he can call the police. So he takes our drinks. Without even scanning them to actually make sure they are authentic. How can you be so certain they are "fake" without any other type of verification. Not only did he take the drinks but did not offer to bring us any other (non alcoholic) drinks. Ok I must start by saying I have been here three times omg gotta try the garlic parmesan fries they are amazing got the French dip too and that was amazing however my girlfriend got the chicken wrap and said it was terrible so she ended up eating mine. The last time we went we got the burboun burger and lemme tell you it would have been an amazing experience if the service wasn't terrible. The waiter didn't put the plates in the right spot and we didn't know which one was medium well and which one was medium rare the garlic parmesan fries came first and they were cold and tasted like they were sitting on the counter for hours til we ordered them. So thankful to have a D&B's in our region! We went on a Friday afternoon and it was surprisingly busy for a weekday. The staff that greeted us at the door were fantastic! We were there for over 3 hours and enjoyed the roasted cauliflower appetizer, our entrees (veggie burger, salad, and chicken tenders between myself, my husband, and my son), and the churros for dessert. Our server was extremely attentive and personable. The selection of games was great and we can't wait to try the VR games out when it's a little safer to do so (they were available, but we weren't quite ready to put our faces in something that someone else has even though sanitation was available). The gentleman who was running the prize center was also very helpful and nice. Overall we felt very safe while there and will be back again soon! read more

If I can give a zero star review I would. Absolute terrible customer service. The manager and employees have no idea what they are doing. Online says they close at midnight and they closed at eleven and when we asked why they got all mad because we weren't already out the door. Manager Joseph McGuire started yelling at us when we asked questions and started calling us names. Don't honor military discount and generally awful place. My husband and I came here after being under-whelmed at the casino and I am so glad we did. My drinks were made to perfection and my food was nothing less than amazing. We have been here multiple times since it opened and always had a good time. It is usually very crowded but I'm hoping that dies down a little eventually.. my kids are 8 and 11 and they love this place and want to go every weekend. so glad to have a Dave and busters in the area! read more
