She was super sweet and definitely knew what she was doing. Unfortunately, my eyelashes looked great for the first day then fell and looked a lot lighter. I messaged her asking what was going on and she said she has never had that happen before, and had me come in another day free of charge to try again. The second time, my lashes came out beautiful! Again, Deanna took her time explaining that some people need more time for their lashes to lift depending on the strength. Not sure if it was the second treatment or the longer length of the treatment but I'm obsessed with the way my lashes came out and can't wait to go back to Deanna! I have never had a stye ever and I'm 32 years old . So it wasn't a coincidence. I went last week this is my face still one week later (picture attached) I have heard from management when I called and they didn't know how to handle this situation properly . Very sad and disappointed.
