Such a thoughtful touch that immediately made me feel comfortable. I purposely didn't look into the class beforehand because I didn't want to psych myself out. I had zero expectations. I went with a friend and we had SO much fun. It was a full-body workout and somehow I tapped into my inner child sliding around on the machines I still don't know all the terms, but I do know it was a blast. Don't get me wrong it was definitely challenging... but I didn't die hahaha. And can we talk about the socks?! I'm usually a no-show sock girl, but they had the cutest long socks and I think I've officially entered my long-sock era. The studio itself is adorable and super clean...it really sets the scene for what's about to go down. Victoria, the instructor, was amazing. She helped me adjust the resistance and made sure my positioning was right for each exercise, which made such a difference as a first-timer. If you haven't tried this studio yet, give it a shot. Lagree is my favorite workout! I've tried all instructors thus far and everyone is amazing and challenging. Workouts can be difficult, will be sore (especially in the beginning), yet you get the adrenaline rush and want more. Lately I've been seeing Victoria, Sydney and Danielle more since our schedules have aligned and they are all so patient and provide modifications when I need them.

I adore the staff here because they are honest and up front. They will work with you so you're not overcharged and are very understanding if something comes up, just talk to them! They are way more reasonable in price and flexibility than other boutique gyms I have been too. Their class schedule can get booked, but people do cancel within the last 24 hours...so the waitlist options helps. They also have options I also heard them offer an upset client to call if they have a class that was last minute wide open (which was very sweet). They also have a free intro class. Take the class and I'm sure you will be hooked.

She was happy, adorable, outgoing, positive vibes. This is the energy I typically experience from a Club Pilates!
