When we got in line to checkout I was greeted and asked how i found everything, very typical retail work questions. That was fine. When it came time for my other two friends to check out, the entire dynamic shifted. No form of hello or asking about how they were, nothing at all. The employee didn't even look at them, only their items. They said nothing the entire time, except for the price, and handed the bag over without even looking up. If it had only been this one employee I might have let this slide, but everyone in the store had similar reactions. Truly disappointing for a store upcharging on less than authentic "world" goods.

When I hadn't heard from him a week after that date, he said he'd check on it and get "right back" to me. Again nothing and again he didn't return my message the next day. Luckily, I hadn't paid anything and have since found a screen online. I don't know if this is now typical of YB&D customer service. The salesman related the situation to the owner who in turn agreed to part with an amazing couch and I have somewhere to sit that allows me relief from the pain. This is one of the best and most wonderful retail establishments that I have ever set foot in. All that being said, we paid half of what we were looking for elsewhere and received a better product that also happened to be Made in America. Not to mention that they delivered it after 3 pm on the Weds before Thanksgiving! AMAZING
