Because of the nature of our needs, I wanted to meet in person, knowing that eventually we would work with this firm in the future on a much bigger project. When we arrived, we were notified that Emily had a family emergency and instead we would meet with her assistant. Disappointed, we gave it a pass, emergencies happen and we dismissed it. After meeting, we decided that before we could move forward, that we really wanted to meet Emily first. So we set a Zoom. After the meeting, we felt comfortable enough to move forward. We needed a law firm that we could depend on and we thought we found it. We were told to give her 3 weeks and she would have the first draft for us. Along with the draft, she also promised to send some information regarding legal terminologies used in the document. Three weeks pass, nothing! So I emailed her to ask for an update. NO response! So I wait 3 more weeks, nothing! I emailed a second time asking for an update on week 6. I got an automated response that Emily was on vacation and would contact us when she returns on Monday July 6. I waited until July 15th NINE days later to call. I was told that she was in a meeting and asked if I wanted to leave a voicemail. I left a voicemail in the morning indicating that if we did not get a return call by the end of the day, I will consider our business concluded. I decided to instead give her until close of business on the 16th. Well, nobody from her office contacted us! No Emily, not her assistant, not her partner, Nothing! I understand that things happen and if there were personal reasons why she failed to contact us, at the very least, her assistant or somebody at her office should have made an effort to reach out with an explanation. Imagine, if during this time, something happened to you and/or your significant other. Imagine my situation where the guardianship of my son went to the wrong person in our old will! Think long and hard about using this firm! Will they be there for you when your family needs them? To be honest, we really felt good about Emily. However, when it comes to my family, I simply can't leave our financial affairs and protection of our son in the hands of a firm that's not going to be there when we need them the most. Therefore, I do not recommend this firm.

I was in the process of selling my condo in DE and had a closing at the end of July. The initial communication with the paralegal was ok, I wouldn't call it outstanding. I had to leave multiple calls and write multiple emails to get a response. Then there was a twist. The property I was selling was rented out and the renters asked for an extension of a few weeks. An escrow was created out of my proceeds to be paid back to me once the renters moved out. I have the documents proving the agreement. The renters moved out when they were supposed to, however, I couldn't collect my escrow for another 5 months and then not all my funds were returned back to me. Ward and Taylor did not uphold the initial escrow agreement. Even though the sale of the condo was "as is", the buyer decided to keep funds out of my escrow to remove the old carpet from the condo and kick start his renovations. Ward and Taylor verbally agreed that this was not right, but dragged out the communication and chose the path of least resistance. Basically, they allowed the buyer to walk away with my 500 dollars and therefore supported a bully, who thought that taking 500 dollars from others against a written agreement was ok to do. Ward and Taylor brushed this under the rug because to them 500 dollars was not worth the argument with the buyer. They might not care about a poor review, and I hope it helps someone who is choosing a law firm. Please think twice and choose your law firm wisely.

Alcohol is dangerous and it's quite easy to build a tolerance. It's a chronic, progressive, treatable, & if not treated, deadly. I came to this firm from a violent assault by a man who was impaired by his smell as asphyxiated me-per doctors and my wounds. This firm, along with Attorneys Lawrence and Attorney Donato, helped hold me up after a horrific, violent beat down. They offered hope. They seek each clients personal path, exposing truth, and holding the perpetrator accountable. The willingness and fearlessness to seek that root of pain and suffering. Where I'm dying inside, is unmatched. Nothing will stand in their way of exposing truth. Many people today lack inner morals or integrity. This is really about themselves. These self-center and self-entitled individuals have no problem with stepping on others. This team handles all clinical aspects,as we meet with them and monitored how a client is accepting change while learning to live a healthy sober lifestyle, holding a FT job, or FT schooling, a complete family restructuring of broken promises and relationships with the goal to launch into their own made life based on the 4 Agreements and a becoming knowing of self with a 12 Step community commitment building relationships with their own sex vs. the distraction of the opposite gender. while an exclusive contract made to be in specialized 2 years into being harassed and abused by my past employer, who have tons of hard cold cash from their dishonest told to staff, the community and past patients. What was the final straw was after continued requests for updates we see her in a west chester tavern drinking and acting like a groupie to some 80s retro band like shes a teenager. I am a senior advisor and practitioners myself and I have recently received conplaints the firm forces seniors to buy into title insurance (legally optional) far more expensive than other attorneys which is commission driven and will not work with anyone who will not subscribe to these fees in closing documents.
