Kristy and Angel are simply amazing massage therapists and people as well. Been coming here for…read moreyears now and Sara has assembled a fantastic staff. Pleasant, welcoming and warm. You feel it upon entering the premises. To be honest if it was just Kristy that was amazing I wouldn't write a review because we'd never be able to get in to see her but Angel is superb as well. When you're ready to be good to yourself this is the place to get those knots and kinks worked out. They are so terrific I'm going to sacrifice two hours of our daughter's visit next month so she can enjoy the talents of Kristy before she boards her flight home. Now that's love

Our favorites were the massages and the pedicures. My husband never had a pedicure before and the last, and only, one I had was not an enjoyable experience. So, when we got it done here, it was very enjoyable and relaxing. The gals were all amazing and nice. The only downside was the red light treatment. Didn't really get much out of it and seems like it is something you would need to go back for multiple times to get the full benefits out of it. We could have done the foot detox but it wasn't something we were interested in so we did the red light. They also sell certain skin products as well and have monthly specials, so make sure you check those out on their website as well with their list of services they provide (it's quite extensive)! We very much enjoyed this place and will definitely be back. My husband even wants to do another pedicure!

I've been here several times for my annual checkup. I have had several basal cells removed before…read more(not here), so I never skip. I find it odd that even though I have to point out several places of concern, no notes or pictures are taken. The PA also stands several feet away and is super quick with the exam. This last time was the worst though. After glancing at my face, they take the nitrogen out and put on squirt on my forehead. They said, "got a spot". I didn't and don't have any on the center of my forehead. That one squirt didn't even leave a red spot and I was, and my insurance was billed for 'destruction of a lesion". Needless to say, I won't go back. You definitely can tell it is a merry-go-round of annual 'checkups'. Great way to make money, bad way for actual patient care.

I have been using Keller for the past 3 yrs for a variety of health needs, finding the care…read morereliable and the staff attentive. Clearly over the past year things have unfortunately slipped there and the days of old clearly are past, sad to say. Case in point: I called over a month ago and set an appointment with my regular care giver for an issue that appeared to require a biopsy .. plus a face to face catch up with ongoing treatment for a couple of issues. For me the drive is a long one, over 40 minutes but I was always ready to go the extra mile for quality care. I checked in with the front desk like always and was promptly taken back to the exam room and seated, my PT did the usual what's up Q & A, took the info and said the care giver would be right in. That's when things went south, apparently my regular care giver (NP) was not in and one of the office PAs walked in. Needless to say I was a bit taken back and asked the begging question "and you are ?" Come to find out my care giver does not work on Fridays (begs the question, why was I scheduled to see her on Friday over a month ago). Since this new clinician had never met me nor were they of the same credentialing/care giving level, I opted to say thank you when she offered me the option to opt out of the visit and pass on the care. When I went to the front desk to check out and share my experience the Admin said the same thing to me, "oh the NP does not work on Fridays," hello .. why was I set up for the appointment was in my thinking? I had to then ask that my office visit be a no charge (since I was not able to meet my scheduled provider). At no time during my visit did anyone in the office offer any admission of a "slip up" on their end (clearly scheduling dropped the ball) or offer me any apologies for the mix up and my wasted time & expense of driving 30 miles. In fairness I was offered by the front desk to reschedule with my care giver, unfortunately 45 days out - YIKES. My response was .. I think I will look elsewhere, wished them a nice day and left .. not to return thank you. So if you are looking for a clinic where the patient is the priority and staff strive to be leaders in this effort, you may want to investigate elsewhere.

Before you read this entire review, ask yourself these questions and if the answers to them is NO…read morethan move on. This will not be the place for you. The questions are: do you take responsibility for your health? Are you good at doing your own research and also very good at communicating? If it's a yes then congratulation! you are a fully responsible adult that is in charge of your own health and... this place is for you and can help and give you some answers. However, If you expect to be handed down all the info, not be bothered to write anything down as you discuss it nor follow through or ask for clarifications when you don't understand, then. This place is not for you. Unless you are ok doing things ordered without lots of explanation about the plan. Lots of mixed feelings about this place but let's start with all the good. And there is endless good in here. I saw in my 45 years many many many practitioners. None had a clue about all my odd symptoms, my ills, pains and being tired all the time after having kids and other symptoms before at my 20's. I was given endless prescriptions for different pains and ails that troubled me at the time. No practitioner EVER addressed all of the issues as a one body just treated the symptom. Dr. Dandy doesnt treat symptoms. She treats the body. She looks at the big picture and literally helps you put back all the puzzle pieces and help make sense of what's going on. She has a very holistic and whole food approach. Taking out gluten, sugar, dairy and all inflammatory foods was one of the first biggest steps to heal the gut. It's a lot. Again, if you can't or won't do the extreme steps, you shouldn't go. Or go and waste your money cause it's a long run plan here. To heal and stay healthy. If you want a quick pill and a prescription without thinking what you put in your body. This is again, not the place for you. If you are open and willing to do whatever it takes to feel better and heal, they will guide you though it. Dr. Dandy prescribes a LOT of supplements for certain amount of time. Those supplements add up and it is all very expensive. Again, I personally think there is nothing better to spend your money on than health and health for the long run. But that's just me. I took all my family in and we had a lot going on. Been on this road for 6 months and all of us are improving immensely. We always ate a very healthy, organic diet. Kept active and still, felt pretty bad. Dr. Dandy found many triggers and I personally been feeling so much better than I felt in 4 years. Adrienne at the front desk is super helpful, friendly and a personal ray of sunshine. She is your woman to get things done and follow through. Dr. Kimberly Rainey does the nutritional follow up part is very knowledgeable and helpful. Also one of my favorites here. Bring notes and lots of questions to ask her when you follow up with her. They don't accept insurance but give you printouts and receipts for all the services so you can go ahead and submit a claim with your own insurance. I make sure to get a blank date super bill from them with all the codes and submit it to my insurance with the receipt of the service. it works well. Now for the parts that can be improved. Appointments are very rushed and sometimes you are not sure what is happening. Transitioning between providers is not communicated well. Example finishing up with the Dr and transitioning to a test and then a plan and scheduling future appointments. Ask for it to slow down so you get the chance to write everything down and ask questions. Better in location than trying to get someone back later. They are busy! But if you communicate it, they accommodate. Make your own xls sheet with all requirements, notes, how long to take a supplement and such. Sometimes it's very very hard to reach them over the phone. They are better with email but again, it'll take them a few days to get back to you. It's very expensive. Nose swab goes for $185. My insurance pays me back $65. So it's several swabs for $120 a piece. And you will need 2 at least. One to know and one to retest. They don't have a lot of staff and have a lot of patients. Not always available over the phone. Follow up is needed a lot and this part is still under construction. All in all, if you can't find what's wrong with you and you rather throw money at it to find the cause and fix it. THIS is the place for you! Doesn't expect it to be like traditional western medicine. They still have some kinks to fix but hopefully down the road be a well oiled machine.

Started out well but quickly realized the continuity of care was lacking…read more I benefitted from Dr. Dandy's care and even rode through the wave of her nearly starting over with a new staff...and for a brief time, things improved. Prior to this I was told Dr. Dandy could indeed be my GP/PCP. Yet, when I became ill, I was told to go to urgent care. An ER visit with severe gall bladder issue. Dr. Dandy said I had salmonella poisoning yet there is no record in my files and I wasn't treated for this diagnosis. Had hand x-rays done via Dr. Dandy. Severe arthritis in both thumbs. No follow through. When I inquired I was told I could go to hand doc. I question the use of a new diet aide (one that European countries have banned!) that I tried briefly under Dr. Dandy's nutritionist. I gained the weight back and more after stopping! Learned that this drug is having many issues! A digestive issue arose that presented as cardiac, Dr. Dandy's NP met with me, via 30 minute telehealth appt. The NP was 20 minutes late! Then after 10 minutes said Dr. Dandy ordered two cardiac tests. After waiting 2 weeks for a call to schedule an appt for tests, called doc office only to be told that NP recorded that I was to go to my GP to get these tests. (Remember, I was told she could be my GP). Next day, had a call from hospital to schedule these tests. The NP ordered it! Naturopathic doctors (different from functional medicine-which is just adding supplement recommendations to regular allopathic medicine) are ones who typically look at the whole body/not just the symptoms it presents...but you must find one that is consistently 'good' at practicing medicine. I initially gave a glowing review, but after 3 years under Healing Hut care, I'm done for the reasons stated above.
