After the third time asking, I gave up. Oh and I removed my jewelry after she smothered it in product. After the facial was finished, they sent me back into the timeshare room again to the 'closer'. I appreciate the good deal, but you get what you pay for. I would have rather paid for a proper facial and paid more.
