Another successful visit at Kate Spade! I typically google and try to stop by a KS store whenever l'm out of town. This was my first time at the Estero location. I stopped by to do some early Christmas shopping and just as luck would have it; they were having a huge sale! The location itself was not very large but they had it very organized and had "hard to find" styles. I was able to grab a gorgeous bag for my mom and couldn't resist grabbing one for myself. The customer service was great. I enjoyed some "bag talk" with the ladies as they helped me decide on which items to take home. I'm so glad I found them, I just may be making the two hour drive over here more often. read more

I absolutely adore this Kate Spade outlet store. Located inside the Miromar Outlets, this store front is always kept well organized and clean. I've ventured in here quite a few times, and have always had a nice experience. Customer service is on point, and they carry some really great items. It's been said that items located in outlet stores, are purposely made for the store itself, and are not necessarily discounted items from their main store or website, that would typically be located in a mall. While this could be true, I have seen some original items that I know were once full price, being sold at a discounted rate in the outlets, so for any that are weary of this, please be informed. It's definitely possible to find an item you once saw full priced on their website or home store, be found at the outlets! And who doesn't love sales?! This is definitely a great location to visit since the outlet itself is very nice, and well maintained. Miromar Outlets have always held a prominent title in this area, and are most definitely worth checking out! read more

As I enter, I head straight for the earrings... I love my kate spade earrings and had planned to add to my collection. The selection wasn't as large as I had hoped with many pairs of the same earrings. I was greeted but when I had a question, I had to interrupt the two associates having a personal conversation... with their backs to me... the customer. This is a large, clean feeling, brightly lit store just as I have come to expect from kate spade. Will I stop in again next time I pass?Yyes but I may not have such high expectations. read more

There's no place like home! This is what I consider my "home" kate spade shop as it's the closest one to me and the one I always visit. Out of the 15+ shops I have visited on my travels, nothing beats this one. Every time I go in, it's like visiting with friends as I have gotten to know most of the staff there. It is a beautiful store with a new updated design. I always recommend this shop to all my friends and family in the area. read more

This is the third time this week I have attempted to shop at this location and they have closed early. The staff members let myself and my 6 year old child stand outside for 15 minutes until I had to call them and ask if they were closed for the day or just for "sanitation." While on the phone your employee was rude and asked me if I could read there is a sign on the door. You could see the two of them standing around talking and shrugging their shoulders showing mannerisms that they didn't care that there was a crowd of 7 women standing outside in 96 degree weather trying to purchase your product. You'd think employees "trained" in customer service and sales would at least to attempt to open the door and let us know that they were closed for the evening. read more

Being from New York, I've always felt that Kate Spade has represented my style and demographic and have always carried the bags and worn the jewelry, however walking into this store was incredibly disappointing. I was profiled and ignored by the employees. I came in with full intent to purchase a new bag, but will not be purchasing anything. I literally had to say hello to the girl at the front and ask for the sheet with the promotions on it. And then was not spoken to again by any of the three associates in the store while they all stood around and talked to each other or the older ladies in the store. This was an incredibly lackluster experience compared to the real stores and the worst I've ever had in this store. read more

If you know me, you know that I am obsessed with all things Kate Spade. I have fed into the Kate Spade lifestyle. Yeah, I totally drank the kool-aid. Anywhere I visit I try to check out the local Kate Spade store or outlet. So when I stopped to see my brother and my sister-in-law in Ft. Myers I was psyched to check out the Kate Spade outlet in Estero. Off I and my sis-in-law went to see what we could come home with. The store is small but in usual KS fashion clean and organized. I don't expect anything less. The service, however, was very poor. I had one kind associate ask if they could help me with anything. The other associate on the floor stared my sister-in-law and I down the whole time we were shopping. I don't know if she was in awe of us but the staring made us uncomfortable. After a while I found some items to purchase and went up to the counter. My sister-in-law had to step out to take a call and it was just me, two associates on the floor and the associate at the cash register. The associate who was staring at us the whole time decided to mutter out loud "This is what I look forward to, no one in the store". I looked over at her, half in shock, half amused. Did that really just come out of her mouth? How incredibly rude! Why is she even working retail if she doesn't want to deal with customers?? I wanted to tell the lady at the cash register to forget it and not bother giving them my business. I am not one to complain. I usually let a lot of things pass but this experience really irked me. I plan to call the manager at that store. I expect much, much better from a Kate Spade employee. I will definitely not be returning to this KS outlet. read more

Management and staff are absolutely rude. I had a lose fitting mask on in the store because I have a medical condition where I don't process O2 like normal people, so wearing something over my airways leads to me feeling dizzy (yet I still put a had a mask on out of respect). I was trying to get my mom a purse for Mother's Day and the manager was on a power trip and harassed me the ENTIRE time I was in the store because my mask wasn't quite covering my nose. I told her I had a medical condition and she proceeded to tell me if I don't leave she is calling security.. Literally no one in the store was bothered by me but her, in fact some customers voiced that she was being a "bi!ch" because she was making a scene for no reason. She looked like she was in her 20's and obviously very immature and did not care that she completely embarrassed a customer over a lose fitting mask and a medical condition I have no control over. If I'm spending a few hundred dollars in you're store the least you can do is appreciate the fact that I'm wearing a mask and trying to get in and out without disturbing anyone. If this is who they have running the store, it say a lot about their standards and what they think of their customers. read more

I have been a huge fan of KS for over 15 years. I was looking forward to making a purchase at this store while on my trip. The first time I walked in not one sales associate acknowledged me, asked if I needed help, made eye contact etc. three associates In the store and I was the only customer. I walked out after deciding making a large purchase wasn't in my best interest since I wasn't being valued as a customer. However, I decided to give them a second chance tonight and again two associates and I was the only customer in the store and no acknowledgement. I'm sorry, but I can't spend my hard earned money in a store that doesn't treat their customers with respect. I'll never go back and I'll make sure to tell everyone I know how rude your employees are. They must have forgotten if it wasn't for customers they wouldn't be working in KS. read more

I bought my bridesmaid gifts from this location. All of the ladies working were extremely kind and helpful. The only downside to this store is that every single clear cell phone case that they were selling, had scratches on it. That was annoying. Normally if the product is broken or defected, you wouldn't sell it. But besides that, I had a great experience. read more
