I first met Katherina about three years ago 2016. My dad wanted to make sure everything would go smoothly for us when he was gone so he hand picked Katherina. What an unbelievable experience we have had with Katherina becoming our agent! Even the first conversation I had with her on the phone I could feel her absolute care and interest in helping us with the sale of our unique home.She really listened! I have never seen anything like the attention to detail that she has from wanting to know everything possible about how our home was constructed, finishes on woodworking and even names of tools in our garage! We are so lucky we stumbled across Kat at the beginning of our Tahoe vacation home search. We started our initial search with a cold call to Oliver Luxury Real Estate on a Sunday afternoon (based on a listing).
