But, I felt comfortable walking in here and was impressed with the quaint lobby area with products for sale. I felt instantly relaxed and my wax lady was on time and ready to go, even with my bad nerves for this sort of thing. The process went a lot smoother then I expected and wasn't as painful as I remember. After she was done waxing a strip she immediately put soothing gel on my skin to keep the irritation and pain down. Plus, she was extremely professional and did everything in about 30 minutes, which was impressive. I didn't feel as much pain as I was expecting, which is a good sign! There was a coffee machine. Old historical charm throughout! The other client got brought back and I just was standing around. I finally heard someone in the foyer area and was checked in at that point and brought back to a large room for my eyebrow appointment. We spoke a bit about eyebrow shape and how she likes to keep things natural/follow your natural shape. Can always take off more later if I wanted. I think my eye wax was all of five minutes. Trimming, a few strips of waxing, and then tweezing and that's it. Let me have a look in the mirror and I was happy for the most part. I should've asked to trim my eyebrows a little more. But overall content with the shape. I wish there was something to put on my skin afterwards to calm it down since I get red easily. Again, the whole process was super quick, didn't feel overly personalized with an eye brow shaping/waxing but the job got done. The staff who did my brows was very nice and we made conversation throughout my service. I felt comfortable and no pain with the waxing/tweezing. Albano is originally from Molan and asked what I wanted and I asked for his recommendation and he did an awesome job and did not do my traditional style but blow dried the hair straight whoch gave me a more modern look. My make up was done by an artist who is originally from Albania. I think she is there on the weekends only. She was amazing. I was the last client of the day and she did not rush and made sure everything was perfect before sending me on my way.
