I felt instantly relaxed and my wax lady was on time and ready to go, even with my bad nerves for this sort of thing. After she was done waxing a strip she immediately put soothing gel on my skin to keep the irritation and pain down. But overall content with the shape. I wish there was something to put on my skin afterwards to calm it down since I get red easily. Again, the whole process was super quick, didn't feel overly personalized with an eye brow shaping/waxing but the job got done.
