However, my husband and I found an ally in Justin Rollo who guided us newbies through the entire process. Justin has more than just the basics down. He knows the Boston-area market stats, understands asking price vs. value, and is always accessible via phone and email. What puts him over the top is that he is client-focused and realistic.
