This business the owner specifically Hillary is extremely unprofessional. We rented a property from them that violated MA state laws of not having proper working heating systems, we suffered through the harsh winter with the house below 60degrees when we contacted them they bought us space heaters. The house is still unfinished, windows are all not insulated, so our gas bill is through the roof. Baseboards are half done. Door frames are falling apart. There are feces leaks from sewer lines. Dish washer is broken so Everytime we was the dishes foul water pours out of the dishwasher onto the floor. Rust water comes out of the tub. Trash disposal does not work. The list goes on. After one day when the heating system broke the whole basement went up in smoke/ steam, we called 911. Turns out it was illegal for them to offer us space heater. Till this day our hot water only lasts 15 minute showers. They were going to keep letting us think that THAT was okay. We have a 6 year old in this house I have rented many places i am active duty it is hard for me to write checks, go to the bank and whenever i send out mail it takes longer than usual. All of my past landlords have been understanding. But she is extremely unprofessional i posted a text message she sent to my family and I. Background this is being late 1 month. As a professional, you should never speak to anyone in this manner, she was not My mother to speak to me in that manner. She lost her professionalism when we never lost ours. Starting the hunt for our first home, my wife and I had a few realtors who were recommended from friends and family that we didn't have too much confidence in. We were extremely lucky to come across 3A Realty group through a quick google search.
