When you get there, you see people on their personal cell phones. Am a long-time patient, but when calling to get a sick visit on Friday morning, you get told 'we are closing at noon', and our urgent care is not open Friday's. They are open Saturdays. I got advised to go to an urgent care in the area. Forget about getting timely care from your provider even when you are a longtime patient when you have an emergency.

Needs To Retire Before He Kills! Completely dysfunctional! Had a first appointment and was directed…read moreto get an Chest Xray and he provided a script. Took the script to Imaging Facility and it was dated wrong and was missing a diagnostic reason. I was refused the Xray. As my next office visit date was approaching, I needed a script for Quest Diagnostics for bloodwork. I called days before the office visit and requested the script. I had to call for 4 days with the Assistant making continued excuses. Finally she got the script completed by the Doctor and stated that she would fax it to Quest. I proceed to make an appointment at Quest and once I go to the appointment there is no script received. Quest is located in the same complex as the Doctor's office so I walk around the corner to get the script and it's sitting on the Assistant's desk. I had my blood drawn and decided I would give them one more chance and kept my appointment. The blood was drawn on Friday and the appointment was on Monday, already knowing my bloodwork would not be available. There was no other reason for a paid visit unless I had a timely bloodwork result!? I show up on Monday 10 minutes early for my appointment and within 15 minutes I was escorted into an exam room. I sat there for 1 hour and 15 minutes. I was placed in a room next to another exam room where I could clearly hear through the wall. The doctor spent over an hour socializing with a white woman for her appointment. Mind you by this time there were other patients waiting for appointments and they were all non-whites. I could not take anymore of this blatant disrespect and confronted the Doctor. I have never been to a doctor in my 67 years and had a complete 1 hour appointment! Appointments are normally 15 minutes unless an in-office procedure performed! I asked the assistant to inquire why he is delaying his other patients? I decided to leave and demanded that they not charge my insurance, as I am not willing to meet with this Doctor again. I arrived early at my appointment and there was no reason for the extensive delay! Last but not least, the place is a dump and I should have known better as a hospital employee. It should be against the law to provided less that appropriate healthcare anywhere. I strongly suggest not going to this office. Sad thing about this Town is that the poor healthcare is prevalent!!! BEWARE!!! What's more frightening is that he is of Indian descent and showed complete favoritism to the white woman! Sent my child to another County for tests she didn't need for a condition that was later fixed (by another doctor) with a medication found in aisle 4 of my local grocery store! Takes FOREVER in the room and reads the manuals to you. Took him over an hour to give me a simple annual check up for work (1 hr, 20 min). Office is unkempt, dirty, cold, everything is broken, and he is terribly rude to his staff. I was so embarrassed for her. Every website I looked up for medical reviews had complaints from other patients similar to mine! WATCH OUT FOR THIS GUY!!!!
