The environment need to be improve, sometime if two rooms are taken, the student has to take the lesson outside, that is very disturbing while other people walk by and sometime kids are running around. The bathroom need to be clean. More importantly, almost every lesson, the teacher can't find a maker that has ink, the teacher always blend other people put the makers somewhere else, and then he/she needs waste time to look for one. At the same time, that is wasting my money for he/she to look for a maker too. He/she should have everything ready before the class start, that I feel very unprofessional as well.

While it was annoying to come back, they were professional and courteous and these things happen - even at Apple. Today I called a few times bc I have two more cracked iPads - no answer. I checked their website and they should be open. I drove by and the lights were on and an "open" sign hung in the window. After finding street parking on a Friday - and did I mention my 2 year old was with me? - I get there and the door is locked! I knocked, I called, nothing... how unprofessional and aggravating. I had to bribe my kid with a lollipop to get him back in the car seat (ok that part isn't their fault)!
