I couldn't remember the last time I felt peaceful or had a good night's rest. I had tried meditation retreats. I had tried yoga. I had tried unisom. I am not generally a fan of podcasts and self-help frameworks often make my eyes glaze over, but Katie's early episodes had me absolutely hooked. Don't be fooled by her casual and easy-going (even sometimes bubbly!) manner... it belies an incredibly sharp ability to articulate some very squishy and abstract topics. So I reached out. Over the course of the next 12 months, Katie patiently worked through my ups and downs.
